In the past few years Kristin has, helped me look my best during a late-in-life pregnancy, helped me look my best while recovering from my late-in-life pregnancy, cleaned my closet, advising me on items to keep, alter or donate, and introduced me to the world of accessories. Then, she actually convinced me to wear them. Believe me when I say it took a lot of convincing - I am no fashionista! Kristin has always given me practical advice and helped me dress to show off my best attributes. Her basics are easy to wear and timeless but she also provides on-trend options that are cost-effective and flattering. Plus working with her is just a lot of fun.

Service was pretty excellent. There was a small issue with the tailoring (pants were cuffed instead of cut) and they fixed it on the spot no hesitation and apologized for the mistake. Even steamed the suit jackets before we took them home. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a standard inexpensive suit.

They accepted my dress, took my measurements, assured me they could raise the waistline, and accepted my payment. Three weeks later, they called to say they couldn't do the alteration after all. While I appreciate receiving a full refund, it doesn't give me back the three weeks I lost. I'm now only a month away from my daughter's wedding and scrambling to find another tailor. If the alteration wasn't possible, I should have been told that before they accepted my gown and payment. This has caused unnecessary stress during what should be a very special time.

It started off with my fiance and I coming to his store to pick out the style of suit which I wanted for myself and groomsmen. We went through multiple fabrics and designs until we found the perfect mix. There were multiple options from there on including cut, style and I even got to pick out the interior fabric of the suit jacket which has my name stitched into it! With my suit picked out Vincent then arranged for my groomsmen to come and have a 'suit fitting party' himself and his wife Samira provided us with drinks of our choice (beer/wine/mimosa's etc) and food while everyone picked out the perfect cut, interior linen and personalised names in their jackets. My groomsmen and I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. I could'nt believe that i could get a custom suit cheaper than buying from a store! I can't see myself buying a suit that isn't custom tailored by Roma Tailor's again!
