As a manager in the retail industry, your job is to make decisions that are always in the best interest of your customers. It is my understanding that the restroom is located towards the back of the stock room. That said, I firmly believe that my 2 year old Nd wife would not have destroyed or stole anything, as it was implied. In addition, I went back in to speak to the store manager and as she was approaching me, she was too busy laughing - except when her face wasn't in her phone. She was the furthest thing from professional and refused to give me her name. Which brings me to my next point! was she really the store manager??? At the back of the store there's a huge display of bunch of half mannequin wearing popular yoga tights. The store has excellent inventory of men and women apparels. For men, I saw a bunch of t-shirts, jackets, pants and shorts. There's a good collection of accessories such as socks, bags and water bottles but not many options for shoes. There are few racks with sales items as well. The fitting room area is also nice. Prices are premium but same as their website. The staff members were friendly at the store. We got assistance from several members. Both times we were at the store ( for purchase and return), it was busy at checkout line, had to wait for few minutes. But the staff at register were working diligently to assist each customer as quickly as possible.
