I've come here a few times to return Amazon items. Kohl's is genius for establishing this deal with Amazon because if not for that, I would probably never consider coming to one of their stores. After I finish my return, I sometimes browse the store for a bit (which of course is exactly what they are banking on!) They seem to have a good selection of fitness and athleisure apparel for women. I also appreciate that they use inclusive mannequins that showcase different body types. I have also purchased decorative throw pillows here.They have a nice variety of colors and sizes. I purchased three pillows a few months ago and wanted to buy a fourth to complete the set. I found the right pillow online and did an in-store pickup. The woman working at the counter was very friendly. Their everyday prices are higher than I would expect, but they do seem to have regular sales so you can find a decent deal. read more

I don't shop here to be honest I only go for Amazon returns but I must say this store always appears clean! They have a greeter up front and different cleaning supplies for you to clean your shopping cart. They also have hand sanitizer available for you at the entrance. It appears they're doing a good job at following COVID guidelines. read more

This store is just fine. It's Christmas time and I think I was in line for 5 minutes. They have a LOT of registers open. Unfortunately no one on the floor to ask where things are, but I understand when it's busy employees keep getting called up to the register. The lot was fine to find a place to park. There's no reason to come here without a coupon/discount though. Their regular prices are unrealistic so their sales make them comparable to anyone else, but if you have % off coupon or $ off rewards cash, then you can make some decent sales. It's a store if you plan ahead and look for deals you can get them more than walking in and just hoping to find something good. read more

They have some very good collection. Went there to get some winter coats and formals for my wife. Quite well organized. Staff was good and friendly. They have a good parking space - quite large to cater to the occasional rush. The location is perfect since we were on our way to Toronto - they have a gas station nearby and then right next is Highway 3, so one doesn't lose time if one wants to do some on-the-way shopping. read more

Best customer service ever...plus the store is fully stocked for holiday shopping and looks amazing!! I have no problem with the store itself. It is clean. The problem i have are with the prices. Their 40% sales are on prices that are so jacked up you know the deals aren't really that good. The cashier line are not the quickest. It is not a store I see bargains.. They do have free Wi-fi weeee. read more

Used to be ok but not now. Bought a watch 11/15/15 told at that time battery replacement was free for the life of the watch. While still under warranty on 11/6/17 returned to get new battery. Told with tons of tude they no longer do that. I said when I bought it they did ( it was the only reason I bought it at Khols). She went on to say you did NOT buy it today yesterday or any time recently. I again asked WHEN they stopped replacing batteries but was not given an answer. I did NOT expect her flippant attitude! She said young man (I'm 48) you can go to ANY jewlers for a nominal fee and have it replaced. No shit beotch! I know that! I only wanted an answer not a crappie experience. I now need to check if this is the policy at other Khols stores. How do you promise one thing and then change the policy after you sell the item? Corporate will be called on this B.S. read more

Great shopping experience every time I come here. It's best to have a coupon and Kohl's cash or shop during a sale. It's a value friendly department store, so there aren't many employees on the floor and you usually have to find items on your own. One issue I've found is the small number of shopping carts available and the few registers open to make purchases which contributes to lines of customers waiting to complete their transaction. Nonetheless, the prices and selection usually make it worth it. read more

This kohls is a disaster. I waited 40 min in line to pick up an internet order, and they cant even give us the item in the correct item. My husband had to search for the item himself in the showroom. They also forgot to remove the anti theft tag from one item. Very dissatisfied. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the staff of the shoe department. I called to find out what the largest size they carry. Apparently the person who answered not only did not understand English but did not understand that I was looking for a size larger than 13. After a few minutes of going back-and-forth on the phone he finally stated that the largest size they carried was a size 13. No thank you. read more

I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews here. This is a huge Kohls, it's nice and clean and has a large parking lot. I have only been here once or twice while killing time during one of the long table waits for the Olive Garden but it's always been a pleasant experience. Khols has decided after being a 7 year customer to increase in rate on previous charges. This very unfair because when I made previous purchases it was at a lesser rate. Now after purchases were made they want to increase my interest rate on previous charges. It's like playing a baseball game with rules given at start of game then changing rules during the game in the 8th inning. Poor and unfair business. If you agree and dont want department stores to rip you off dont shop at Khols stores and certainly don't use the store credit card. read more

I've shopped here less than a handful of times, I find them to be very overrated and they are a basically a low end trying to be high end of a JC Penney (JCP has them hands down), lines are ridiculously long, not worth the travel, however they are always running a 15% off deal @ times as 20% off and that's the only time I purchase from them. read more

My family and I visited the Kohl's located in Secaucus, NJ on 11/23/18. I checked out on line 12, and immediately upon exiting the front door I realized my cell phone was missing. We returned to checkout and asked the cashier at line 12 if she found my phone. She said no. We then went to customer service to see if any staff or shoppers had found my phone and left it with them. They also said no. I searched around the areas were I had been shopping and returned to the cash registers, where I asked aloud 'Did anyone find a phone?' The manager and all cashiers denied finding anything. Then my husband started repeatedly calling my phone, which could only be heard above the commotion because of its uncommonly loud ring for missed calls, which I keep at maximum volume because I am deaf in one ear. Being Black Friday, it was very crowed and the noise of the crowds made locating the source of the ring harder, but my son managed to hear it, noticing it was nearby and not traveling -- so a customer on the move could not have it. The manager admitted she could hear the ring, but expressed noticeable intolerance at our efforts and proceeded with business as usual. After following the ring to a cashier about two lines away from where we checked out, we proceeded to investigate and found her response to be unusually confrontational. Not wanting to level a false accusation, I proceeded to call my phone an additional 32 times, each time noticing the ring is coming directly from the vicinity of the angry cashier. Our persistence finally convinced the manager to open the cashier's drawer, where my phone was discovered. (I know, I should have called the police, but I didn't.) The manager said she would address the problem. I asked for a corporate number numerous times and was finally given a number that turned out to be a general Kohl's directory which could not lead me to any complaints department. I called corporate offices, executive branch, on 11/23 but could only leave a message; I have not heard back since. I am a 60-year-old cancer survivor who is deaf in one ear and even I could hear the phone, but I still have problems with the direction of sound. If my son was not there, insisting it was coming from that precise spot, I don't believe the manager would have ever investigated the drawer. Everyone was ignoring us until it became so obvious that an employee had stole it. Since this occurred right at the registers, they must have surveillance footage of the whole incident. And since I checked out about two aisles away from the place where the phone was finally found, it's puzzling how it could have found its way there. read more

So those of you that gave poor reviews to Kohls have no idea about quality and customer service. I ALWAYS shop at Kohls! First of all, they have the same brands, many times, that Macy's does, without the snooty salespeople. I can get Levi's,Dockers, Lee, Polo, etcetera. They also have some great designers like Vera Wang and Dana Buchmann. They have great sales! I bought 4 very nice brand name dresses last week. I spent $65.00. I got $10 Kohl's cash on the spot, $15 more as an email, and $5 for my birthday from Kohl's. I also got an extra coupon for 20% off, which is good for anything, even if it's on clearance! So I'm going back tomorrow to get two more dresses that I have had my eye on. They have the Best return policy as well. They will take anything back! I hate to shop, but love going to Kohl's. If you haters don't like it, that's okay. You can go to nasty Marshall's or TJ Maxx. I will stick with Kohl's. read more

So I go to Kohls today (1st time ever)to return a gift ... I browse the department and find the merchandize I was returning on sale. Seemed reasonable to select another item that worked for me. It didn't matter that it was on sale because it would be basically equivalent pricing for the season. Long story short, the clerk was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE - she had initially agreed w the exchange then would not honor the price I would have paid for the merchandize today. She said she had to give me the price of $7.00 on a $40 item - because the purchaser "could have" paid as little as that pre-Christmas. When I showed her the same item w the current price she tried to say I was not that same size!! - as if prices in women's clothing vary by size. They actually had a mgr and four clerks involved over a difference of $5. NEVER AGAIN KOHL's read more

I went to Kohl's Secaucus on Saturday to return an item but could not even do so as I was waiting online for 30 min and gave up. There was only 1 person working customer service on a SATURDAY which they should of at least had 2 people to speed up the long line/process. This is the Holiday Season where there should be more staff to help when needed. read more

The alternative to Kohl's in Secaucus is Wal-Mart. So for what Kohl's does right, this store is excellent. There's none of the Wal-Mart obsession with going cheap. You get solid quality. My winter coat is from Kohl's, same for sports gear and sneakers. Towels. Pay a little more, get something that lasts 5 or 10 years. Not 1 or 2 years. Same for kitchen utensils and things with motors -- never had a bad buy. What gets the five stars is integration with their online site. Couldn't ask for more. read more
