Unfortunately, I had to exchange because the bride wanted Edmarld green and I purchased a pastel green outfit. The ladies were very nice and sweet. She asked me if I had a bag and I said no I didn't and gave me my purchase with no bag. When I asked her, she twisted her own question. She said "I asked do you need a bag and you said no." She didn't apologize and wanted me to pay for a bag (which is no big deal) but when I told her I only had my Apple Pay she gave me a paper bag with no handles and said she can only give me the "cheap bag." I can admit this is a first world problem I'm venting about--but I bought a bunch of dresses and carrying it is super uncomfortable all cause she couldn't give me a 50¢ handle bag.

Four words - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There is another store further down Broadway owned by the same…read moreowners that is much nicer, bigger, sells the same things and most importantly - is managed by a competent manager that won't nickle and dime you! At first, I couldn't have agreed with the other reviewers of this store more - cute finds for pretty cheap prices. The first time I went there, I liked a dress but couldn't try it on as the cashier informed me that they had no fitting rooms, BUT he assured me that the store has a 14 day no questions asked exchange policy so I shouldn't worry. As I was paying I saw that there was a small rip in the dress where the seams fell apart and pointed this out to the cashier, who immediately took $7 off my $23 dress. But when I went home and tried it on, it ended up being too big so the very next day, I took it back to the store, thinking I'll just exchange it for something else. I made 2 big discoveries that next day - 1) the store HAS A FITTING ROOM!! I surmise that i was told otherwise just the night before because the store was near closing time and they couldn't be bothered with something as trivial as customers, and 2) the cashier, who turned out was the manager of the store, flat out lied to me. He remembered me but REFUSED to let me exchange the dress on the grounds that he had given me a discount due to the ripped seams, and therefore the item was a final sale. Hearing that for the first time, I kindly reminded him of the situation - I was not allowed to try on the dress, I was explicitly told that I could exchange it for another item in the store, I could swear I was never told it was a final sale, and I was asking to exchange it for the $15 I paid for it less than 24 hours ago for another item IN HIS store! NO. That was the final answer. By then, it wasn't even a matter of the dress or the $15 anymore. It was only $15! I didn't care about that, but never in my life have I been lied to and had such an awful experience at a retail store. And by a MANAGER! I was just disgusted with what they call customer service. I wonder if that $15 was worth losing what would've otherwise been a repeat customer for life. Because for certain, that is ONE store I will never step foot into again.

I agree with Nicole A., it's a bit Forever 21 meets Rave meets Deb meets all of those things you wore in middle and high school because you thought your sh-t don't stink with the occasional more classy surprise. This is definitely the place to go for a cheap/trashy/ridiculous party outfit, and would probably work well for those who anticipate leaving their clothing behind. That's not exactly my style but the sequined dresses have caught my eye... But you can also get some nicer things here, if you dig. My friend found a great, lightweight coat for early spring and fall. I found a couple of interesting cardigan-type sweaters/cover-ups. The store can be very disorganized. The line for the dressing room can get very long, but if you are seriously considering bringing something home, WAIT ON THAT LINE. There is an exchange policy, but no returns!
