This store uses deceptive business practices to lure people in and exploit them. I called for a pair of yeezy zebra sneakers. Was quoted $400 over the phone. When i arrived the next day, a different person tried to charge me $800 for the same pair and told me the other salesman mixed up the year of the sneaker. After some back and forth we settled on $509. I was then told that this sneaker was going to me much cheaper from the store than stock X. When i went to stock x, i realized had over paid by 165$. When I pointed this out to the manager he then rebutted with another illogical excuse. This store is the equivalent to a used car shop. NO MATTER WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU THEY CAN GO LOWER. I plan to contact the better business bureau and urge any first time or novice buyers to avoid this store at all costs. read more

This is for the Newport mall location. I walked in a naked how much the yeezy 500 in black were ... they were very nonchalant. Didn't even look me in the eyes and said $600. $600?!?!? I can find them on stock x or goat for under $400. This is why stores like this don't last long around here cause they try to rape everyone with the prices and act boujie while they do it. Never step foot in there again. I can get them at my doorstep for $200 less than what these people are charging , they're buggin. Ordered online for a pair of Jordan 11's and never received my item. Made multiple attempts to email, call each store, and use their contact us section on their website, no one ever picked up or replied to any of my attempts at contacting the store. I had to file a charge back after two and a half weeks to get my money back with my credit card. Will never shop at this place again. Prices for most products are extremely overpriced as well, thought I found a good price, but guess they realized it too and didn't ship the item. Horrible customer service. The short of it is that the owner/manager Carlos is nice and works with his customers. I was exchanging a pair of Jordans that didn't fit. They were a gift. The policy is all sales are final. However, since they were bought as a present, Carlos let me exchange them. They didn't have the same Jordans in the right size, so I got a different pair of shoes. Carlos worked with me on the price since it was my first time there, and there was a Yelp promotion. I usually don't like these types of shoe stores, because they hike up the price crazy and try to take advantage of people. Went in for just a legit check cause I got some Jordan's off StockX that were kind of hit. They check them for me and told me the kick were legitimate. StockX does a good job but sometimes be letting stuff slide like the kick I bought were clearly not dead stock cause I could tell from small creases on the side they were clearly tried on but not a big deal but if you just get from a place like kickclusive you avoid all suspicious feelings. read more

So I went to his page and asked how I could pre-order a pair in his dm's. We conversed through his page dm's and by phone...I was hesitant to order from him because I'm in Chicago and the store is located in New Jersey. So I decided to order through cash app and the payment went through....after that Carlos called and dm me back saying my account needed to be verified and he needed to put in a code and he needed my card number. But the very next day they upload the shoe "ON SALE" and raised the price by almost 100 dollars extra. Guess they must've realized they sold it for "too cheap" so they made the excuse that they were sold out just so they can raise the price. They are fraudulent and have bad attitudes in person.
