That's unacceptable after already paying for a repair that clearly wasn't done properly. It feels like a cheap third-party screen was used, because the phone hasn't worked the same since. Spending $200 just to be told to pay another $200 again is not reasonable. I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. I have…read morea Dell desktop and although it is relatively new, for several months I have been having problem with it just randomly shutting down. I'm out of the service contract with Dell and just felt they wouldn't be much help. I preferred someone who could look at and analyze my system. But I work from home and constantly on the computer, I really was hoping to get someone who could come out. I was able to speak to Lindsey over the phone and get an appointment for the next day. I blocked off several hours hoping to get an answer. Lindsey arrived on time and brought her own equipment. I explained my problem and right away she went to work going through some of the basics with the computer to ensure everything was working as it should be and no viruses. Once that was all finished, she did more diagnostics, letting me know everything she was doing as she was doing it. In the end, she made some adjustments that we both hoped would resolve my issue without having to replace any of the hardware. It has been only a few days since, but I would say for now my computer is running so much smoother and quieter and no issues with the computer shutting down. Again, it has only been a week, but even if I do experience the problem I was having again, at least Lindsey told me what the next step would be. This is one of those businesses you hope you never need, but if you are in need of any repairs to your computer, Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable, quick, explains everything and having someone come to you and do the work right there is well worth it.

But before looking at my laptop, Lindsey told me she was very sure it would be the screen issue. So I purchased a new screen and she replaced it. After replacing the screen, the flickering got worse. She said it was not the screen issue, the wire needed to be replaced. Then she replaced the wire and then the screen is not usable at all, it is flashing and hurting my eyes. Them she said the mother board needs to be replaced. At this moment I don't trust her anymore. If you can't fix a problem, at least do not make it worse. My laptop was not perfect but still usable before her repair. But after that I have to connect my laptop to a monitor in order to use it. Also it is very unlikely to get call back from them. I have to keep calling them.

I did this one month ago, and I have not regretted it. Last week, my sons iPhone screen was frozen. He tried several different things, but could not get it to function . We walked into the Sprint store, they listened to the problem, they patiently Looked at the phone, they pressed a few buttons, and fixed the problem. They never tried to sell us anything. They only wanted to help. We did purchase an item at the store, but not because we were prompted to. The employees at this store are fabulous. They are helpful and kind and friendly.
