Parried, formally ITC, supported our team through a difficult transition. The server we asked them to manage was all but dead. They took on the project knowing it was dead and that I couldn't afford to upgrade it in Covid. Our computers were old and our technical knowledge little! Parried helped us and offered every possible solution to fixing our old awful server without spending an arm and a leg. One important thing to note is that I asked Eric, the owner, to present multiple quotes for upgrades. I reviewed them all and in the end, canned our entire server. Eric never pressured us, his team never up-charged us. They allowed us to flow through our decision making process without the pushy sales pitches. Eric is a trust worthy person and I've enjoyed doing business with him, his right hand Hiliary and the entire team. Great service, knowledgeable, fast and reliable. They got us through the massive storm in March 2021, and I would trust them to do so again. I've read these old reviews and as a business owner and satisfied client--I can tell you none of them match my experience. Sent a bill with $25 late fee two weeks after providing us a password . The cost of 30 seconds of providing the password was $63.90. Their creative billing is why we quit using them. Great work but just unrealistic billing. read more

UPDATE: This company sent a bill for collections. The original invoice which they sent claimed they had worked 11.58 hours, more than 9 of which were done remote. We are now having to dispute this with the collections company. The way these guys make a dishonest living is by hoping companies will not dispute the charges and get exhausted by their unethical tactics. And to the owner's note below- yes, Yelp is a platform for which consumers can rate their experience. You noted that over 67% of my reviews are positive, and for some reason baffled that I gave negative reviews. This is how Yelp works- provide honest, good work, you get a positive review. You attempt to steal from your clients, you get a negative review. These guys are crooks!!! They came in for an initial diagnosis, could not figure out the issue, spent no more than an hour here going in circles, and then had nerve to bill us for close to 15 hours at $150 an hour. We had another company figure out the issue in less than an hour. read more

My experience was quite frustrating, at first. However, after speaking in great detail with the supervisor; I soon realized that my image of the company, in relation to this issue I was having, was far from the truth. Overall, the staff is kind and quite knowledgable about their products. Just last week, I took my PC to IT Conflict for a routine repair. First, I listened to a one hour lecture from a representative about correct IT maintenance methods (I found out later that few of these methods made any sense). A price was agreed upon on the phone earlier that day. I soon discovered that I was overcharged for what should have been a relatively low fee. I heard a lot of talk about refunds from the staff, but no refund actually took place. I am still waiting on my computer to be fixed and have yet to receive a call about their progress on my computer. read more

After searching high and low for someone who could replace her cracked laptop screen(apparently one of her beast of a dog thought it made a nice place to lay down on) we found IT Conflict. They did a good job and were reasonably priced. Then the laptop stopped working and we had to bring it back to them. Well IT Conflict found that the bearings were somewhat dirty. Well my motherboard broke. I guess Asus laptops can't handle the heat of Austin. I found ITC and they were able to replace the motherboard. The diagnostic fee was the cheapest in town. The stupid motherboard cost an arm and a leg but that's just how much the part cost. Not their fault. They also were nice enough to look at an SD card I couldn't retrieve data from for no additional charge so that was very nice of them. I have been using Infinity Technology Consultants for several years, first when their office was off of Koenig, then when they moved to their Hwy 183 location and as recently as yesterday, 3/23/19 at their location on N. Mopac. I have watched Eric Sanchez grow his company and the reason for their growth is for many reasons. First, he and his team KNOW their business. During my laptop failures over the years, I have always received my equipment on time and in proper working order. Eric understands customer service and he instills it in his team. About a week ago, Eric contacted me via email and reminded me it had been awhile since I had contacted IT, checking in to see if I had any needs or questions he could assist with. My laptop was running a little sluggishly (is that a word?) so I took my laptop in on a Friday afternoon. Eric personally sat with me and ran my laptop through it's paces, reminding me how to defrag and save space on Windows 10. Eric spent about an hour with me and even took the time to download anti-malware software for me, at no profit to him. I paid for the software via credit card to the company providing the service, but neither Eric nor his company benefited from that purchase. And my invoice amount from IT Consultants for Eric's personal inspection of my laptop? ZERO DOLLARS. Perhaps he spoiled me because I'm a multiple repeat customer, but I'm just one guy with a laptop, not a company with multiple computer stations that pays a monthly service fee for tech support. I would recommend IT Conflict to anybody. I called around to several places when my hard drive had issues and IT Conflict had competitive prices. The technician, Eric, was very professional and knowledgable about my issues. He was also very patient and answered all the questions I had. It was very convenient as well. They come to your home, pick up your computer, and within a few days the work is completed. Much as I liked all the people who work here, I can't say I'm a fan of ITC. The replacement of the motherboard on my HP Pavilion g7 turned into a farce as they repeatedly released my computer to me without having fixed it - three or four times I seem to recall. Quality control does not seem to be part of their operation. read more

I took my business here a few weeks ago to fix a data recovery issue. I was led to believe that this issue could be resolved within a few days and it ended up taking more than one week. This is the second time I've used IT Conflict to try and save my super old HP pavilion laptop. WOW. I really can't say enough good things about these guys! Before I say anymore, I just want say that I travel non stop with a laptop that was not designed to be bumped around and thrown in overhead storage on planes. I have TRASHED this poor laptop. I really thought it was a lost cause... My laptop was in such bad shape that I now hold the IT Conflict record for taking the longest to fix in the history of the company...BUT THEY DID IT! Boy howdy, did they do it! It works like a brand new machine. I could not be happier. The owner personally handled my machine and I was given daily phone calls and e-mail updates as to the progress and what problems they were finding. He even kept the shop open after business hours to make sure that the work would be done before the weekend. Now that's service! The price was exactly what I had expected to pay for bringing the dead back to life, and now I have a machine that I would swear was a brand new computer if it wasn't for all the stickers I've plastered over it from my travels. They even took the time to give it a nice cleaning so It looked shiny and new. I love IT Conflict and will be bringing ALL of my computer based problems to them from now on. Five days ago, I went into the ITC store with great expectations, given the confident voice of the salesperson I talked to on the phone. I wanted a basic virus removal program installed on my laptop and the technician was not seeming to understand this. He told me to leave the laptop in the store and it will be resolved the next day. Now, five days later, I have not received a "new and improved" laptop. I have not heard anything from this place. All I need is a reply at the very least. read more

The folks at ITC are great. My computer just stopped working one day and I brought it in to them. They were ALL super friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the problem within a couple of days and then had it fixed in another couple of days. They even reinstalled a bigger hard drive when I accidentally asked for a smaller one after they had installed the new smaller one and didn't charge me extra for the labor. They even called afterward to check up and make sure it was working ok. Great service! I will definitely call them again if I have issues in the future. Highly recommend. read more

Never have I experienced such service and enthusiasm. I wandered into ITC in search of a different computer repair store which no longer exists. As soon as I realized I had misstepped I prepared to leave but the salesman at the counter quickly offered to assist me. I gave in and explained that I was in need of a charger for my computer, a pretty simple request, but they went above and beyond. Not only did they provide me with what I needed but they gave me a free mug and stress ball and we shared some genuine laughs. This happy accident, ending up in ITC, was oddly fulfilling and it changed the course of my whole day. read more

Yesterday I woke up with a desktop that would not power up. Having never needing repair before, I made several calls, including some big names, I stumbled upon IT Conflict. What a find! I delivered my troubled unit to Eric at 11:30 and recieved a phone call at 3 that my computer was ready. He not only replaced my power supply, but cleaned up the entire interior to make sure I don't have any other issues, for a very reasonable price, far less than his competitors, who would have kept it several working days. read more

Doctors use the term "bounceback" for a patient that comes into the hospital, is diagnosed, treated and released and then comes right back because they are sick all over again. Unfortunately, after taking my computer in to IT Conflict (based mostly on online reviews) and then I had to visit another computer repair shop to fix my problems. As soon as I got home from IT Conlict I could tell right away that my computer was not healthy. I originally brought it in after getting the Windows "blue screen of death" and several other errors, including printer spooling and pop-ups for some type of Windows security fix that kept telling me I needed a CD that I didn't have. Anyway, they kept the computer 5 days and the key issues were not fixed when turned it on. Example: one of my key issues, the printer spooling, was still completely messed up. They also uninstalled my normal browser (Chrome) without my permission and installed Firefox instead and didn't tell me when I picked up the computer. I called another company that sent a great tech to my house the same day and after an hour showing me all the issues I was finding told me that IT Conflict had not fixed the underlying issues. This great place, which I will not mention here, had my computer ready in two days despite having to do a huge amount of re-installing key programs, defragging the hard drive and fixing my printer spooling problem. Because I had to "bounceback" my computer to the computer hospital as soon as I got it home from IT Conflict, without my key problems solved, I must give them a 2-star review. read more
