The associate told me that he would need me to send back my phone AGAIN to test it AGAIN and take it apart AGAIN to see what's wrong with it. I told them I have proof of it not working and they said it doesn't matter that they need the parts back. They really need parts back that aren't working ?? Seriously? I asked if I can keep the dummy phone and send my phone to my phone provider and see if they can do something about the complete mess Fones Gone Wild done to my phone. The associate told me "let me ask the boss man and see and I'll give you a call back"... todays date is July 23rd 2024 and till this day I have not heard back from them or ANYTHING. And on top of that till this day, I am still using the dummy phone due to my phone still not being completely functional at all. If I can give this place a zero star I most definitely would.
