When my husband and I walked in the lady behind the counter looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes while she was scrolling on a phone. She wasn't talking to the customer in front of her...just leaning on the counter scrolling. Never once did she say hello, be with you in a few minutes or ask what it is we were there for.
