I have used AT Techs for all my computer and internet based needs since late 2014. They set up my…read morenetwork at my office and they take care of all my electronic purchases for my office. I have recommended Artie to my client's when it comes to dealing with their business and they have all been happy with the work At Techs has done for them as well. Artie is very knowledgeable when it comes to what you need regarding computers to run your business. I have hired them to make me two servers and even set up my office camera system. They did an awesome job. Vickie and Artie went above and beyond what I are hired them to do when I first used them back in 2014. This is why I have continued to use them for all my business needs going on 4 years. Artie, even came over to my house to help the Best Buy guy set up my TV and sound system when they couldn't get it to work. He also set up the WiFi at my house after Comcast. They go out of their way to help their customers and they stand behind their work. If I ever have a problem with any computer equipment or a network issue, they come to fix it quickly. Even when I was working on a Saturday one weekend and a problem presented itself with my computer, Artie showed up and fixed it. You can trust Artie and Vickie to help you with your computer needs. They have not let me down.

several months ago I went into the store to inquire about my home WiFi. while I was there I decided…read moreto check into getting me a new phone and switching my carrier service. the gal that helped me out and provided a rough estimate as to what my phone bill would be,made everything sound good. her name was Angelica. so when I made the decision to make the change. I was was offered a iPhone 17. was told I would get a free iPad. my wifi would be lowered. and a few other things that made the deal sound good. oh and my bill would be about $150 a month. after the first 2 months that went by. I received my first months bill. over $300. and I was paying a monthly fee for the iPad. when I was told it would be for free. I was also never told that T-Mobile would not bill for 2 months. so I took the iPad back and told them I didn't want it. and said that I was told when I switched that everything that I was told when I switched was not what was in my bill. when angelica told me one thing, then bill time everything is not what was said. now here I . now am several months later later getting almost $200 a month phone bill.now I'm stuck in a contract for the time being.that I am not happy with at all. I would not recommend going to T-Mobile at all or deal with Angelica because all she is trying to do is get customers for T-Mobile by telling the customer what they want to hear.make things sound good. like your getting a good deal. not happy at all. will be switching back to my old carrier when my contract is up with T-Mobile.

I took it to them and they cleaned it up. I signed up for their program that allows them to access my laptop on the first of each month to check and clear any suspicious activity. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism, customer interactions and above all, they are just great guys to work with. You want a knowledgeable trustworthy company that can help you with your computer needs, go to this company. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Older Dave helped me with my mom who loves to click on everything and she gets virus after virus. He has a wonderful computer clean up deal where he will on the first of the month, remotely get on my mom's computer and cleans it up. Because I know she will still do everything I tell her NOT to do. And every month he cleans out a minimum of 7 viruses. So if you have elderly parents that have those magic fingers and swear "no I didn't do that" this is the best deal Dave has for a whole year every month on the first he cleans it up. Any questions he is available. I have a total tech subscription with Best Buy but forget it, I'm going to Dave. Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, and quick. So you need your computer worked on give him a shout and they do a bunch more.

Came to this store on a Thursday at 7:40PM to ask of they had time for me to purchase a new phone…read morefor an existing line on our family plan. There was one employee who was standing behind the counter with a customer, while another customer was on his speaker phone with what sounded like Tmobile customer service. When my husband and I walked in the lady behind the counter looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes while she was scrolling on a phone. She wasn't talking to the customer in front of her...just leaning on the counter scrolling. Never once did she say hello, be with you in a few minutes or ask what it is we were there for. I get it that they were closing at 8..but we literally went in to ask if we could make the purchase or just come back the following day. I guess long gone are the days of simple customer service or is that now considered old school and obsolete. Will make my purchase elsewhere.

They are good at sales~for sure, but as far as knowledgeable about tech & set up/transferring…read morenumbers etc. Not so much... So after buying two iPhones 14 pro & pro max and spending a grip of cash- I still am left without a phone 2 days later... old phone deactivated ~ new phone is useless because they cannot get their heads around a simple set up.... Going back 1st thing in a.m. to give them the business about how to do business!.... UPDATE: Young man helped me activate my phone today~don't know his name but he's tall-slender/wears glasses & has curly dark hair. Knew what he was doing and didn't have a puzzled look on his face like the rest of them in there!
