When the first repair didn't quite do the trick and the ice maker still wasn't working, they came back out immediately to address it. When it became clear it needed further attention, they quickly wrote up a second estimate so we could provide it to our warranty company for a full repair or replacement. Dealing with warranties can be a headache, but their paperwork made the process much easier for us. Their service is fast, and I found their pricing and estimates to be very reasonable. On 10/20/22 we returned home after being gone for several days to find our freezer out and every spoiled. Went to this store and spoke to Manager, explained our issues and of course there was great frustration in my voice but no yelling, no cursing just upset with a horrible product. I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, "No, we're a small business we could never accommodate that request." Then asked if they would pay to replace all the product I lost in the freezer. "No, we don't do that." He said he'd give us a service number to call but "you have to be nice to them when you call." What, are you kidding me? Have you not heard a word I've said?
