Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. Daniel from Allied Auto Key responded right away with a quote for the service I requested. His price included coming to my home to program the new remote, which saved me a trip to the dealership. We scheduled an appointment and Daniel arrived on time, but the remote he brought wasn't the right one. He apologized and promised to return the following week, which he did with the correct remote. He quickly programmed it, and now I have two fully working remotes. Yuri was very helpful over the phone and had Sam at our house within an hour. Sam snaked the cleanout, then ran a camera and found the blockage right at the property line. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there. The issue turned out to be roots in the line, and Sam coordinated with the city so they could apply a long-term fix. Fast response, great communication, and excellent problem-solving. We got a couple estimates and his estimate seemed like a good price. His experience showed when pointing out things we needed but hadn't considered (for example, better drainage for rain). And he was consistently amenable to meeting extra requests too (like an underground pipe for routing wires through the yard). There were a couple things I particularly liked about Antonio. First he was consistently jolly and a pleasure to be around. Even my 2-year-old was always happy to see him! Second, he cared about doing a good job. Small things would inevitably go wrong... For example, the artificial turf we wanted to install was out of stock or the shape of the pavers was slightly off.
