I took it to them and they cleaned it up. I signed up for their program that allows them to access my laptop on the first of each month to check and clear any suspicious activity. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism, customer interactions and above all, they are just great guys to work with. Was told they have a waiting time but was a first come first serve basis. Opens at 10:00am so coming from out of town I arrived at 9:15am. Waited till 10:05am and got outta my car to go inside. So this prima donna comes to the door, unlocks it and starts in with an attitude. I procede to tell him my needs and he claims they don't do this type of repair. Then he says he will do it and call me in an hour for an update as he had someone on the phone with a conference call. I said that would be fine and I would just wait outside in my vehicle as I had nowhere to go in the big town of Los Banos. After a few eyerolls and some unintelligible comments under his breath I just comley said nevermind I'll go somewhere else. Maybe it was a Monday morning thing but I would bet it's an everyday occurrence.

I have recommended Artie to my client's when it comes to dealing with their business and they have all been happy with the work At Techs has done for them as well. Artie is very knowledgeable when it comes to what you need regarding computers to run your business. I have hired them to make me two servers and even set up my office camera system. They did an awesome job. Vickie and Artie went above and beyond what I are hired them to do when I first used them back in 2014. This is why I have continued to use them for all my business needs going on 4 years. Artie, even came over to my house to help the Best Buy guy set up my TV and sound system when they couldn't get it to work. He also set up the WiFi at my house after Comcast. They go out of their way to help their customers and they stand behind their work. If I ever have a problem with any computer equipment or a network issue, they come to fix it quickly. Even when I was working on a Saturday one weekend and a problem presented itself with my computer, Artie showed up and fixed it. You can trust Artie and Vickie to help you with your computer needs. They have not let me down.

    Called the 1-800 number and made an appointment to bring my laptop into the local shop the next…read moreday. Walked into the shop and whoa! After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. This Nick was friendly and cheerful. Service done.
