When I called Mattress Firm to get this I was told that I could not get it from them that they had lost it. They could not help me to get a new one, that I would have to pick up the 300 lb mattress myself to get the serial number off of it to file the registration. When I said that still wasn't going to get me my care instructions, they said oh so sorry, there's nothing they can do about it. I will never buy another mattress through Mattress Firm!!

We had purchased our previous bed at Sleep Train over 10 years ago (after which they became Mattress Firm) and had loved it so much, we wanted the same mattress. Unfortunately, Temperpedic no longer makes it so we were dreading having to go through the whole process of laying on every bed to find something we both liked. We have totally different sleep positions so that makes it a challenge. Bruno guided us to a few comparable mattresses and helped us narrow the best one for us in no time. He shared so much good information about the different types of mattresses and pillows, and didn't rush us as we lounged on the beds; it made everything so easy. We shopped during the Memorial Day Sale so we got a great discount. We are very happy with our new bed and my new pillow is the best I've ever had. Delivery was fast and they bring it right into your room. They take your old mattress, too. I recommend you try Mattress Firm in Los Banos, and ask for Bruno!

So when I saw my hubby's cousin with the exact crib that I wanted, I had to copy her!! She bought it here, and it was at a pretty good price ($400). It was one huge piece. Crib, and on the bottom was 2 drawers, to the left was 3 more, and on top of the drawers was her changing table. It's wood and very nice! We LOOKED for cribs everywhere, and this was the only one we found comparable for what we wanted.

Ravi was amazing and helped us create our couch. She was able to take the couch we already created from another store and a couch we liked at HSH. Fast, Professional, and Great with Warranty Paperwork!…read more We called them out to diagnose our refrigerator because the ice maker had stopped working. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. They were very quick to provide a detailed quote that we could send over to our warranty company. When the first repair didn't quite do the trick and the ice maker still wasn't working, they came back out immediately to address it. When it became clear it needed further attention, they quickly wrote up a second estimate so we could provide it to our warranty company for a full repair or replacement. Dealing with warranties can be a headache, but their paperwork made the process much easier for us. Their service is fast, and I found their pricing and estimates to be very reasonable. If you're looking for a local team that is reliable and knows how to work with insurance/warranty claims, I highly recommend them!
