After the store refusing to do anything about selling an item that never worked. The manufacturer has been going back-and-forth with us, making us send videos of it not working saying the store should replace it.. The manufacturer finally agreed to send another for $20 shipping. So I'd recommend finding an establishment that values customers. Spent $60+ on a wax pen and it didn't work, never turned on or anything and now basically out the money back and have to try and contact the the manufacturer. Don't come here unless you have the extra $$$ to throw away. Also, the guy working has zero customer service skills and generally just seems miserable to be there. Everything you'd probably expect from a smoke shop; Cigarettes, various glass, accessories, supplies for hookah, a really decent selection of vaping setups (from starter-kits to high quality parts for any enthusiast) and E-juice.
