The manufacturer has been going back-and-forth with us, making us send videos of it not working saying the store should replace it.. The manufacturer finally agreed to send another for $20 shipping. So I'd recommend finding an establishment that values customers. Spent $60+ on a wax pen and it didn't work, never turned on or anything and now basically out the money back and have to try and contact the the manufacturer.
