I have definitely heard mostly good things about it so I was excited for such a new experience and thus, I embarked on my journey to one of the 7 Elevens nearby. This 7 Eleven is located by a gas station and perhaps that could be one of the possible reasons for its quality. Anyhow, I went there because of the customer service instead of visiting my favorite 7 Eleven (This Location). Here is why... Depending on who is at the cashier it can either be a good or bad experience for you as a customer. Thus, whenever I encounter such a cashier I simply avoid it and take my business somewhere else where I could be treated better. Anyhow, revisiting my favorite 7 Eleven for wings definitely changed my views not only because of the quality of the wings but also the customer experience was quite different. On my previous experience (different 7 Elevens, nearby) with the wings, it was definitely a disappointment and did not leave a review because it was just honestly not worth it. The quality of the wings was terrible, they were dried and had no flavor at all. It was rather bland and not enjoyable so I was definitely not going to recommend it. Furthermore, you can definitely go elsewhere for better quality wigs and better price. Not only that but the wings ended up upsetting my stomach which was a big no no for me. And I was no longer considering getting wings or any of their food in the future as it wasn't a great experience. Customer service-wise, it was alright but my main concern were the chickens. However, my previous experience definitely changed that perspective. Reiterating, I went to my favorite 7 Eleven (this location) and by luck I found a good cashier with great customer service. The wings were definitely way better and the taste was really outstanding for what they are. The chicken wings were meaty as they should be and thank God they were not dried as on my previous experience. Furthermore, the condiments on the chicken give it a nice flavor making the experience great. When biting into the wings you get immersed with the spices and it floats your mouth as you chew into it. I definitely enjoyed those wings as they had flavor and quality wise were far better than the previous ones I've bought from that nearby 7 Eleven. Now, do I recommend the 7 Eleven chicken wings? Yes and No. And here is why, if you are considering getting wings from 7 Eleven for whatever reasons, G O for the spicy ones because they seem to have more flavor compared to the other ones. By the way they are not too spicy but instead just spicy enough that it gives it that necessary flavor combined with the spices, making it a good wing. Second of all, it is definitely worth the wait for them to put it on the oven or microwave before handing it to you or if it hasn't been out there for way tooooo long. Otherwise, the experience can definitely change as sometimes their wings stay seated in the heaters for too long and it makes it not only unsafe to consume but the quality degregates. Overall, as with their pizza and wings for this particular location. I've had only good experiences and the customer service was outstanding. Be ware not all of the cashiers provide the same quality of customer service as there has been an elder male whom is less professional, friendly or happy about his work... Thus, I would suggest that it's best to avoid for that ruins the experience and the way customers feel towards the store in general. Thus, the wings are great and customer service from the young male was great! Definitely recommend the wings and pizza from this location. Simply be aware thought that quality changes depending on the cashiers, food and customer service wise so it tends to become a hit or miss. Therefore, that is why I both recommend and not recommend it! Keep that in mind when visiting the store!

They have the cute signs on the wall, everything is nicely organized. It's such a very nice store that I forget I'm in Merced haha. The store is super clean, restrooms are nice and clean. I hope this place stays like this. This is my 2nd time visiting here and this might be our frequent stop going forward. I have no complaints, it's super busy but they have enough pumps and there's tons of parking outside. They have a good selection of snacks for the road. Their pump has huge cool screens and it's very updated here. Staff is super friendly. The first time I visited the store it was a gentleman and I'm pretty sure it was the owner. Even the asphalt is nasty and sticky. 2. The homeless just live there and the management allows it. Even when they are disruptive and harassing patrons. 3. The staff could care less about their job. 4. Always overcrowded with traffic and there is no attempt at organizing using this.
