So today we went in my wife gave me a box for our anniversary and filled it with over 2,000 of products from berners. In all that we got an eighth of indoor for over 70 bucks. It was indoor but looked like a batch of outdoor. It was yellow brown color bud. They did not give us a different one or credit for it, Basically Berners is selling weed that is not even indoor or if it is its old batch over a year old for it to change color. Come on it don't cost to make it right with people, So called Patients. I thought cookies was about Compasion for the Patients. I'm a Medical Patient and long time staple in the Cannibus Community. I cannot recommend Berner's enough. I live up very near to Yosemite National Park. It is a long drive that I am very willing to make. Albeit, there are several dispensaries closer to me. Why do I drive this far? The customer service, consistent supply of product and willingness to spend time with their customers. My most recent visit was two days ago. Joel was my bud tender. Wow! He customer service was phenomenal. Every time I have visited Berner's I have been greeted warmly. From Mr. Raymond, the Security Guard to the bud tenders, it's a feeling of visiting old friends. The store itself is well lit and absolutely immaculate. Products are displayed exceptionally well organized. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues and am willing to make the drive to Berner's monthly. Obviously, because I visit once a month I purchase a large amount of products. The bud tender was nice n cute and was very helpful. The Tincture she recommend was great! I have tried Gary Payton and Big Apple which I was not overly impressed with the quality of the flower as it did have a slight mildewy odor , which reminded me of the mass produced Stiizy stuff that's packed in jars before it's had time to properly cure. The high was pretty good but the smell was a bit off putting and the price even more so. They do offer other quality brands that are cheaper and just as good if not better. These guys should think about lowering prices on their cookies line as it's not worth the crazy prices they put on this stuff, or they should try to adjust the price for less than ideal batches. They do offer Cannatique which is a very good product that is affordable, hopefully they don't go overpricing that one down the line. Overall Cookies has a lot of potential, they just need to look out for the consumer and pay attention to quality control and prices, bc nowadays there's a million other places for us to go. read more

This establishment has taken branding and capitalism to the max and have completely moved past the medication aspect of the industry. I'm not hating on their product or variety because they always have fire buds and concentrates, but when you basically run a giant gift shop that sells backpacks, jeans, water bottles, etc... it's all about the money. Most consumers who use marijuana as an actual medication can't afford exorbitant cost, so to charge $70-$90 for an 8th of flower; can break some people's banks. read more
