WOW. This is the coolest dispensary I've been to in a long while. I was immediately impressed because it's an open room, so you're allowed to walk around and inspect different products, nothing is behind a counter except for their cannabis desserts. ;) They have multiple buds on display, an awesome CBD wellness corner (oils, lotions, bath bombs, so much!), an alcoholic/non-alcoholic cannabis drink section, pre-rolls, wax. I spoke to a very kind girl who was more than helpful, an absolute delight to have show me around the room. The prices are pretty good too, I highly recommend trying the Canndescent products because you get more than your money's worth. I bought two of their jarred buds, and there weren't just two or three in there, the entire little jar was full. Super appreciative. Great dispensary! read more

We pulled up to the parking and a staff employee greets us with a friendly "Hello hows it goin" while taking a break.. first good sign.. then you open the first door and another person is there to take your ID and email info for future discounts and to let you know that we were receiving a 20%discount today with our visit..After that you walk through another set of double doors and CBD/THC heaven.. the budtenders are very sweet, knowledgeable n patient.. its extremely clean and all the staff were wearing masks..Ariel n Dailene were so helpful n answered all our questions..we came out pretty much understanding what would best fit our needs! I didn't even know what it was from the outside, it looked like a super quiet coastal business. VERY clean & cute. Like a trendy art place you'd see over in Monterey. Inside was GORGEOUS! And CLEAN. Loved how check-in was handled. All staff was wearing masks (properly) for COVID. The displays under the botany cases are absolutely beautiful, and staff was very knowledgeable & able to answer all questions. They also had a wall full of edibles & topicals. Just really a beautiful location with knowledgeable staff & high-quality products. Hopefully when I go back I can get some pics to share so people understand why I'm so over the moon! read more

Usually would come to this specific dispensary when all others ran out of top shelf and high quality products. They run a shady business as the automatic checkout on their website never correlates to the actual price when face-to-face with an employee. If you call over the phone to confirm your total, they will also give you a different number/price. These people, specifically the short pale brunette, will absolutely steal your cash back. She will read you a number that is way higher than intended and steal the difference from customers. There is no way to hard proof the prices as I mentioned their website and people who receive Calls, all give alternate numbers. Also tried to get me to leave without my receipt. Absolutely despicable how this dispensary runs business. I hope the County of Merced Pays a nice visit after lawsuits of "Business Malpractice" I recommend to fire untrustworthy employees before you are hit with civil litigation Manzanita. read more

He knows the exact questions to ask in order to get you the best fit of whatever it is you need. I've had so many issues with this place it's kinda of ridiculous. My first time going I was unaware that I was charged extra and suppose to receive the change. It wasn't until my 3rd time I found out because the budtender informed me. I give it another chance today, I ask a few question about pricing since I haven't been in a while, I remember their 1/8th would be 19 at the cheapest but when I asked I got greeted with a attitude stating "28 is the cheapest, so what you wanna do?" If I could give it zero stars I would. When they first opened this was my fav place to come to. They had great service, very attentive, and were fast at their service. Now when I go in I don't even get greeted. I had to ask someone to help me, mind u there was only one other customer in the shop, which is ridiculous bc that's ur JOB! Prices r outrages, I use to prefer this place over blue fire but not anymore. Also when I was helped by one of the budtenders I asked about wax and their pens and he tells me "I don't smoke pens so idk" wtf kind of service is that? Get me someone who can help me then!? Dispensary is unmatched on vibe and customer service. Walking in you feel the vibe is totally different and extremely chilled out m. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All of the products are available to see and are presented in a way that shows off the flowers attributes including the smell. This place carries most of the same brands you see at other dispensaries with competitive pricing so you can bet they have something there for you. DOESN'T FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY!!! Keep in mind I am a regular here and have a medical card. This WAS my favorite place but not after the way they treated me. I was all excited for their deal on Saturday..... till I showed up and got in. First of all, the line was out the door. They didn't have enough bud tenders working for their event so it was slow. Then after that, I see some customer get 3 of the same promo when the company policy says ONE per customer. There were two bosses working, one female and one obese bearded male. It was the obese bearded male boss who gave him the deal. I saw this happen before my eyes so I asked about the same deal. I asked my bud tender if I could get the same deal. She asks her female boss who says it is one per customer. Which I understand, but then she asked the obese male bearded boss about it and he said one per customer as well. BUT while I was waiting I saw the obese bearded male boss give a customer 3 of the same promo when they asked because he said "Yea. I don't care." Workers don't obey company policy They never have the same people working so it makes question how many employees they go through. Which also makes me question how they run this corrupted business. read more

My only problem was with the security guy outside he really stopped us yesterday as we walked up and told us "there better not be a baby left in your because I see a car seat".
