In the first room where they check you in, they're always super friendly and letting me know the daily and latest deals. Once inside the dispensary, you're greeted again by the budtenders. Anytime I've come, I haven't had to wait or wait long at all when I do have to wait. They're super friendly and helpful when taking your order. They ask what your preferences are and make a more personalized experience. Interactions are always quick and easy. They offer a wide variety of products for a really good price. They have daily deals on products as well that save you even more money. Higher Level also offers homegrown products, and their Guava preroll is one of my faves. Once the order is placed, it's fulfilled. The wait time to check out is very minimal, and check out is quick. If you sign up for Higher Level rewards, you get points from every purchase that you can use towards cashback rewards and get exclusive discounts and deals. One of the best places for bud in fresno!!! This place is always having awesome deals & discounts and cool events. Staff here is always nice and friendly and are usually able to assist you with any kind of questions you may have although security can be a bit rude upfront once you're inside everyone is happy to see you and welcomes you in. The price here is fair with deals and discounts depending on various holidays and times of year as well as a list of daily deals every week. I personally love to come and sundays where its 20% of storewide but they have way more deals and even discounts on specific brands. They also have a rewards program that gives you points for every dollar you spend there as well as a spin the wheel incentive for leaving them a review on weedmaps. They have a pretty small parking lot but I've never really seen it get so busy, that it becomes an issue. Overall if you're looking for high quality product at better price than most other places than this place is definitely worth a visit and will most likely have you leaving with more than what you came for and more satisfied as well. read more

But on the flip side ... Higher Level is truly that... A hottie manager chix , the cashier was 'there'...a girl that pretty shows up before the physical body does...the bud tender was engaging and helpful...the set ups perfect and the deal I got today was bragable ...(sp) I walked out of there with a 1/4 of birthday cake (no fork) and a 1/4 of grape ass , I mean gas for 31$and change. A California outdoor zip runs about 50-70$ ... So needless to say I left HIGHER LEVEL feeling like I just ... CAME TF UP...excuse my French and remember boys and girls ... Don't mention Paris .... My fav place because they always have good prices better than ANY OTHER DISPENSARY I DONT CARE WHAT DEALS THE OTHER PLACES HAVE GOING ON- this place STAYS the best AND better than the rest! They never let me down. They ensure product that actually helps my pain and keeps me medicated at my high tolerance. I have found different brands I have grown happy with and they are always stocked and if not, there's always something else that it around same price range and with same quality. Love the girls there. I've made friends and feel welcomed and always feel good when I walk out- except once when an a** man don't hold door open for a woman w a cane and got mad that he had to wait in line when they opened- he had an attitude and everyone there handled his baby tantrum good. :) read more
