When I politely indicated I was next in line, the budtender ignored the standard first-come-first-serve process. When I spoke up, instead of a simple 'I'll be right with you,' he chose to argue and condescendingly suggested that I hadn't been 'paying attention' because I was looking at the display cases with my back to him. It was a frustrating, dismissive and belittling experience that felt entirely unnecessary / disrespectful. I appreciated that the front-door staff heard me out and apologized for the interaction, but it's unfortunate that the service on the floor didn't match their level of professionalism. I've visited this location many times and I've never had this experience, what a shame.

I usually order online and go in and do a simple pickup. So today (5/20/25), I put my online order in at 9:30am and received a text and email confirmation. Showed up three hours later (12:20pm) to pick up my order. After driving 45 min out of my way, and waiting for three customers ahead of me. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer.
