This place is off the main road so I didn't expect it to be so nice but omg it was really nice. I wanted to take a million pictures but I only got one cause my husband told me to focus on why we were there, boring! lol there was a sign that caught my eye and now I want one of my own It said Sorry, we are Stoned instead of sorry we are closed. I know I'm a bit easy to please. From the moment we got to the check in part the staff were really cool and chill. We were given great information about the place and the sales they were having... really cool guys at the front. Our bud guy was very knowledgeable in there. Just came today received last years weed from Duffys 12/25/25 harvest date be careful here check dates of weed. Weed was brown and old and smelt old. They wouldn't do anything to compensate the old weed I brought back 10 min after getting it. OG workers are dope. Management are assholes who won't help you out even if you've been a loyal customer. Usually, I love this place. I actually drive all the way across town almost 30 minutes because I do like their prices for flower. Today I went in to buy a couple cartridges for my pen. And the lady sold me on the shaman buy 3 get 1 free. I had bought it a week before and liked it. Now I realize it was a different cartridge. But when I opened up the container I came to find out it was ceramic. (Tastes like plastic) I only opened one of them at first and asked if I could exchange the other 3 for store credit come to find out no return policy. (I had not been out of the store more than two minutes and had all the original packaging as well as receipt.) With a firm no, I decided to get back in my car and at least try out the pen. But it wouldn't even work on my battery. So I tried the other cartridges and none of them worked either. I guess now I realized why they're running the sale lol read more

Highly disappointed at your staff celly or selly. I come in this establishment every week and spend good money here as well as multiple members of my family and close friends. I got invited to your 420 event and waited over an hr in the sun which I also asked multiple staff members and security where the line was and no one could tell us until around 6pm when the event started he not only told me but tons of other people to go outside and wait in which I stated that wasn't right that we've waited awhile too and I shouldn't even have to ask where the line is in the first place and like I said previously no one, not even the security could tell me where the line is. So I left. Then I go into the dispensary today to get weed and I get kicked out because he didn't like to hear the truth or an opinion of the consumer which that day I wasn't rude I didn't cuss or anything just stated it needed to be better organized and someone should of known what to do!!! Prices are consistently affordable. Most of the staff are organically eager to go out of their way to help you and take care of your order to the best of their ability. It's been twice out of the hella times I've shopped there that I've experienced any order or staff issues. Coincidentally, both times were issues with female staff. One of those two times, was this evening, with a lady whom didn't have enough dignity to share with me her name. She unprofessionally, repeatedly commented on my attire and appearance unsolicitedly. I have never met her or established any kind of kindred communication with her to feel so comfortable to comment on what a stranger is wearing. That is very weird behavior. That is not welcoming nor is it respectful, or kind. You have no idea who I am to even have such audacity.
