It was very overwhelming but I tried to stay focused. We were helped but this awesome young lady named Caitlin. If it wasn't for her, I would've rated this place a little bit lower. She completely turned my experience around! It's one of those things where the worker makes it worth it to go back despite the loud music and lack of discounts (like student or first time discounts). I really enjoyed the prices including all the fees and taxes. So the price you see is what you pay and you can do the math yourself as you're shopping if you're on a budget. They offer a wide variety of products for a really good price. They have daily deals on products as well that save you even more money. Higher Level also offers homegrown products, and their Guava preroll is one of my faves. Once the order is placed, it's fulfilled. The wait time to check out is very minimal, and check out is quick. If you sign up for Higher Level rewards, you get points from every purchase that you can use towards cashback rewards and get exclusive discounts and deals. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer.
