This ideal is reflected beautifully in the shopping experience at Banyan tree. The facility is incredibly clean with an easy check in process. The woman working in the front desk was really kind and gave me information on what i needed to know about purchasing from this shop since it was my first time. My favorite thing is the way they have their handheld concentrates displayed. It's hard to have questions when you're looking at all the information listed out in front of you. They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. Use one of the delivery services that dont tax you out the ass, while you're at it.

When I politely indicated I was next in line, the budtender ignored the standard first-come-first-serve process. When I spoke up, instead of a simple 'I'll be right with you,' he chose to argue and condescendingly suggested that I hadn't been 'paying attention' because I was looking at the display cases with my back to him. It was a frustrating, dismissive and belittling experience that felt entirely unnecessary / disrespectful. I appreciated that the front-door staff heard me out and apologized for the interaction, but it's unfortunate that the service on the floor didn't match their level of professionalism. I've visited this location many times and I've never had this experience, what a shame.
