The budtenders are so smart when it comes to knowing their products... sometimes they know way too much where my brain can't take it all in lol. I love the merchandise that they sell in the store. This ideal is reflected beautifully in the shopping experience at Banyan tree. The facility is incredibly clean with an easy check in process. The woman working in the front desk was really kind and gave me information on what i needed to know about purchasing from this shop since it was my first time. My favorite thing is the way they have their handheld concentrates displayed. It's hard to have questions when you're looking at all the information listed out in front of you. Staff seems like lifers that care for the love of cannabis and its properties than making a quick buck. I will be back and recommending this to everyone I know! Thanks Banyan tree!

After a professional and welcoming…read morecheck-in with the security/front-door staff (who were great), I was met with unprofessional / disrespectful behavior from one of the budtenders. When I politely indicated I was next in line, the budtender ignored the standard first-come-first-serve process. When I spoke up, instead of a simple 'I'll be right with you,' he chose to argue and condescendingly suggested that I hadn't been 'paying attention' because I was looking at the display cases with my back to him. It was a frustrating, dismissive and belittling experience that felt entirely unnecessary / disrespectful. I appreciated that the front-door staff heard me out and apologized for the interaction, but it's unfortunate that the service on the floor didn't match their level of professionalism. I've visited this location many times and I've never had this experience, what a shame.

They have a new daily deals posted up. It's not as good a deal as last time but it's still koo. Well, some brands over there is still a little cheaper then the other dispensary's I go to. So either way I still come up here. I like their rewards program. I seem to get points faster there than other dispensaries. U can save up for $10 off or $25 off. They even have a $20 off for you if you refer a friend. Your friend just has to spend something there and then u can use the $20 off but it has to be at the same visit. It doesn't stay in your cookies wallet. They have good deals on vapes and carts too if your into that. The employees are nice and most of them know wth they talkin bout. So that's koo. There was times where they overcharged me but I made sure to let them know before I paid. If you wanna know your price u can always order online and pick up or if you dk what u want and have your shit in the online cart you can see your price and you can have it ready for your budtender to read it down for them so u can look at it when u get to the register.. that's just what I do. Anyway, John Paul was who helped us out, he a koo dude.

I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now…read more I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while. The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up. Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in. The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works. The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time. It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient. I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't. Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far. Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands.
