We used to love this place. We've spent a ton of money there. But after buying an ounce of shake and getting home, we find both bags were full of dry leaves and stems, no shake at all. It took over a month of back and forth BS and lies before they tried to make it right. However, the whole time they were unknowingly sending me CC of their conversations, talking about how I just smoked the trim and want free products. They talked about how I was making things up about the poor customer service. They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. I made a purchase through this company on two separate occasions. The first time the driver delivered the product quickly and without issue. I was happy with the price and quantity. The second time I made the purchase no one ever showed up. I eventually called, repeatedly, and left a voicemail. No returned call. Two days later a driver shows up at the house, without warning, which was recorded on the Ring camera. The Cannable Customer Service never seems to be at their phones. The phone ring and ring until you get tired of trying to call them. It would almost seem that they deliberately ignore your calls. Especially if you're wanting to make sure they don't show up a time other than the eta provided. You basically have to stay home until they get back to you hoping they don't try to come when you're not there without much warning. Update: we decided to stay home and cancel plans since it had not arrived by eta and wait for delivery rather than miss them. They notified us at 10 they would not be coming at all in fact. They would try to make it in the morning. So it's been about a year since I first started coming here and I must say it's taken a step backwards. I'm no longer seeing the brands that I really prefer, and I'm seeing a lot of Big thc pharma type brands popping up in this store and it's not a good look. ThC percentage is not everything and and in fact I find that the high thc stuff often lacks in flavor. I'm no longer seeing brands like 710 labs and Humboldt terp council which is a bummer. Ok so here's my two year review of Cannable and I must say this place has really gone downhill. I never see my favorite brands anymore like CBX, HTC, 710 labs. We didn't open until we got home 40 minutes away. And I hate to look up which vape was which. Well both are Indica I even contacted WunderBrett today! Update- I was contacted this morning and the company has made a definite effort to correct the issue. They are replacing the product in question as well as including a couple promo items and even a shirt. I very much appreciate the kindness and polite demeanor of the individuals I have spoken with this morning and will continue using them for my delivery needs. After receiving an order that appeared to be tampered with I did not think the product looked to be the full amount. After weighing, it was indeed short. I contacted customer support via the phone number on their website and was told to wait for a call back. After waiting several hours with no call back I again contacted customer support and was told to "wait until a manger is in tomorrow", as one could not be reached. I additionally sent an email to customer support and have received no response. My neighbors do not appreciate weed transactions in front of thier house. Twice now two drivers blantly ignore me flagging them down to park in my driveway. Please correct the issue, I never had this issue until recently. These drivers just think everyone is weed friendly and do not care where they park. I have an address for a reason that is where I live and I have Osteoarthritis in my knees the extra walking kills me at times. For the drivers to use. This driver who was a girl, today told me she will or will not park in front of my house. This kind of customer service isn't okay. Then she took my $100 without asking if the change was her tip. Today I had a really bad experience with them after being very kind. I ordered products at around 1-1:30 already expecting my products to be at my house at 5 because of demand. Unfortunately, when they delivered, they left me without a battery. I called right when I noticed (3 minutes after the driver left) and they told me they would send it on the next delivery. I right there and then sent them a message asking if I could get a refund, to which they replied that all sales were final and they could keep it. I asked him if I could pick it up because I needed to be at LAX at a certain time, to which he replied that the driver was going to be at my house at 7:30. I needed to be in LA at that hour because I'm traveling to PR and I need a 72 hour test, which I wasn't able to do because I arrived late to LA, which messed up my plan completely. The one thing that really bothered me was the lack of empathy after being kind and letting them know my situation. My main language is spanish and at times I get nervous to even text because I don't know if my message is sent right, and this created a big complex. How is it possible that you question your customer when they are being vulnerable with their situation? Hopefully I can get my battery when I come back from PR, and no matter how desperate I am, I will never use your store again. I spent so much money on goods from this company and in return, when I found out that I was being charged twice because of a system error the manager decided to act as if he was interested in resolving my issue but instead he ghosted me and then lied to his bank about the information he told me in a 30ish minute phone call, and made it seem as if I was lying. Turns out, it was an error on their part. I was asked to pay in cash and then days later it would be taken out of my bank account. Wonderful selection, love the delivery style & professionalism, nice and clean with masks, etc. Unfortunately there needs to be a delivery window issued, or shown when ordering because there seems to be no real way to have them deliver at a certain time or give you an accurate delivery window. I work from home with super flexible hours so its not usually an issue, but even I need SOME sort of semblance of an ETA so I can make arrangements to receive delivery.
