I didn't take any photos inside because it felt a little awkward, but the flower display alone deserves a mention. They offer $10 off your first purchase, which is a great bonus. What really stood out was how thoughtfully everything was presented. Each display case features four flower selections, beautifully showcased with a quality bud under soft lighting and a detailed description below. It's simple, inviting, and makes browsing easy. The staff genuinely wants to help you find the right product, so don't hesitate to ask questions. My budtender, Dave, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I gave him my budget and described what I was looking for, and he guided me from there with some excellent recommendations. I picked up a Heavy Heads 3.5g and loved the little reusable hard plastic tray included in the packaging. I also grabbed the Master Makers Egyptian Gold concentrate, which Dave recommended, and it did not disappoint. The shop is clean, open, and has a relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of flower and concentrates. It was absolutely worth the short drive from Visalia to Hanford, and I'll definitely be back.

I contacted customer support via the phone number on their website and was told to wait for a call back. After waiting several hours with no call back I again contacted customer support and was told to "wait until a manger is in tomorrow", as one could not be reached. I additionally sent an email to customer support and have received no response. This has been beyond frustrating and the company had made no effort on their part to correct this inconvenience.

We have been to other Valley Pure locations such as the ones in Woodlake and Visalia. We have always had pretty good experiences. The dude is very knowledgeable about strains and such other terminology and I am not. I just know there's leafs, vape pens and edibles. That's my extent of knowledge. We arrived around 4:45pm and I almost got hit by a car when getting out of the car in the parking lot. The driver and passenger was so sweet and apologetic about It. Anywho, there was no line and it was some what busy. We didn't have to wait a long time at all! We signed in and waited a few seconds and then we entered when someone came out. Our helper was knowledgeable and made sure the dude was getting a good deal. They had a wide various options of edibles in many different forms. The dude definitely stocked up. The inside was clean and organized however they don't have a lot of things on display so you have to ask and make sure they do or don't have it or you could be missing out on your favorites This location is not as strict as the Visalia location as they treat couples separately. Here we were able to come in as a couple as one and also the Woodlake location does too! Overall, the dude and I had a good experience here and recommend coming here to get your medical or recreational needs met!

Staff members present seemed more interested in singing along with the music, talking to each other, and just messing around. If you are over 40 (or whatever the magic age is), you will probably be either ignored or uncomfortable. Seriously. I went in with plenty of spending power and walked out with zero product. Very disappointing after prior experiences here. It was formerly, "Have a Heart." Now it's just 'cheap thrills' with none of the class and zero helpfulness.

Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee. Yes it's only $2 but the idea behind it is not nice.
