I usually order online and go in and do a simple pickup. So today (5/20/25), I put my online order in at 9:30am and received a text and email confirmation. Showed up three hours later (12:20pm) to pick up my order. After driving 45 min out of my way, and waiting for three customers ahead of me. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer. But if anyone reading this knows of a better spot for 420 goods, please feel free to reach out to me and let me know.

They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. Use one of the delivery services that dont tax you out the ass, while you're at it.

The dude is very knowledgeable about strains and such other terminology and I am not. I just know there's leafs, vape pens and edibles. That's my extent of knowledge. We arrived around 4:45pm and I almost got hit by a car when getting out of the car in the parking lot. The driver and passenger was so sweet and apologetic about It. Anywho, there was no line and it was some what busy. We didn't have to wait a long time at all! We signed in and waited a few seconds and then we entered when someone came out. Our helper was knowledgeable and made sure the dude was getting a good deal. They had a wide various options of edibles in many different forms. The dude definitely stocked up. The inside was clean and organized however they don't have a lot of things on display so you have to ask and make sure they do or don't have it or you could be missing out on your favorites This location is not as strict as the Visalia location as they treat couples separately. Here we were able to come in as a couple as one and also the Woodlake location does too! Overall, the dude and I had a good experience here and recommend coming here to get your medical or recreational needs met!

Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee. Yes it's only $2 but the idea behind it is not nice.
