Unfortunately, the daily special I was interested in was the day before & when I mentioned it was my 1st time there & I came in for those specific products. He ended up honoring the deal! *KUDOS* They have a vast selection of everything someone needs. From edibles, vapes, cannabis infused drinks and pre-rolls. For the most part, they had what I needed. There are a few products I use that they didnt have but it's not the end of the world. The pricing seems in line with what I usually pay in the bay area or the northern central valley. It's actually the 40% in total taxes that drive up the pricing, but it is what it is.... The service was great. From Nick in the front, to the gentleman that was helping me out with my selections. Because they honored a daily special that had already passed, this will be my "go to" dispensary while I'm here in Tulare!

Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee.
