This has been going on for much longer than that so, once again, disappointing and hard to trust. If you're in the area and need a quick remedy they may have something for you but there's no promise that it will be good. Most likely old and stale. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer. Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees.
