But he was wearing a black hat, and black attire. He took the time to show me the ropes on how to use my new aegis mini mod kit (+$65 bucks but got a fucking awesome discount. Compared to the original price got a banging deal. So if you want something alright you will have to spend a bit), and I got got some free watermelon something something in-house juice. Bomb as fuck. I met Sam at the shop who lended a helping hand He went over all the different types of mods they have to offer. The staff here is really nice and has a great selection. They generally charge $20+ than what the MSRP for anything that's not juice unfortunately, so that's a bummer. The juice is about average price for any brick and mortar store, though. They have a military discount, which is cool. The vibe is nice, if not a little all over the place. Vape Culture is a great place to stop by for your vaping needs! Jonny and I stopped by for a new salt nic as well as some regular juices. The young man working there was very nice and super helpful! Not only does he listen to great music, but he really pays attention to each customer and has great vibes. The overall energy of the establishment is great. You can never go wrong at Vape Culture. They offer a military discount and a first timer discount as well (though you can't necessarily use both at the same time, but that's no problem!). My favorite vape shop in the area. I've been as far as Fresno and Visalia and this is easily the best shop. I've watched them grow from a hole in the wall and they keep getting bigger and bigger. There's a big sense of community from different comps or events the shop has. The staff is really knowledgeable and will even setup your builds before you leave. The prices are extremely fair as well as a generous military discount. They've even hooked it up for my birthday. You're wasting time and money if this shop isn't your first stop. read more

I recently went in to get replacement coils and they accidentally gave me the wrong ones which I didn't even notice till 2 days later and went in and they didn't hesitate to replace the ones I bought and apologized a million times. The gentleman behind the counter was great. Very helpful. Extremely wide selection of juice. My chief complaints are the fact that it was extremely smoky in the shop. I get it, it's a vape shop but when there's no ventilation and it's difficult to see, there's a problem. The counter next to the register had a bit to be desired. Old build, cotton and tools just laying there with someone perhaps building but the three people who were in there were just hanging out and fogging the entire shop up. read more

Me and my husband go there all the time. Best vape shop in the valley. The juice is always discounted and military discount is really good also, great service and you become friends with all the people that work there also. I've bought all my vapes here and they're always great! They really know what's up and what they're doing. Plus the have vape comps and you win prizes and get free food when you go. Bought a mini mod that quit working 2 days later, took it and was told they'd replace, left my number and name, waited 2 weeks before I went into check on things, said it was on order still, 2 weeks later I go in again and am told that the owner who lives in Fresno had it because the staff had sold a hold item before and he wouldn't leave it at the shop. So, I said to call me when the owner was in town a the shop so I could pick it up, it's been almost 3 months since i returned the broken one and still nothing. Gonna cut my losses and let everyone know about my experience. Store always has youngsters hanging around for no apparent reason, juice selection is on a wall far back behind counters making it almost impossible to even tell what they have, mod selection is tiny, staff is inadequate at most times and never seem happy to help unless you're their buddy. I recommend Sal's, never going back to this place. read more
