I called first to see if they could polish the opal in my wedding ring and resize another ring for me. I felt instantly comfortable when talking to the woman on the phone. She was so kind. When my husband and I went into the store, we were promptly greeted by the woman and man working there. They were both incredibly friendly, informative, and took their time with us. The price for both services was very reasonable. They got my rings back to me within TWO DAYS and even gave me some knowledge on how to preserve my opal. Words cannot describe how I felt when I saw my wedding ring. I was in shock. I walked back to my car with the biggest smile on my face. The picture attached does not do it justice. They went above and beyond for me. I cannot wait to go back and have more time to look through their selection of jewelry because the little bit we saw was beautiful and unique. Even my husband was impressed when I showed him the ring after the service. We both agreed that he and I will definitely be going back here for future jewelry purchases and maintenance.
