I rarely shop at Macy's and find them quite messy, especially on the weekends. This particular day happened to be a Saturday morning and the store was spotless. They had a great selection and the service was exceptional. The sales associate worked with me on sizes and how to take advantage of the ongoing promotions. I was very pleased and have since been back for some other articles of clothing. I'm very glad to have Macy's back on my radar.

Yesterday, I visited Macy's while looking for a gift for a friend. I specifically stopped in to…read morepurchase a Ralph Lauren shirt, as it's a reliable, quality option I've come to expect your store to carry. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any Ralph Lauren merchandise. The store had been rearranged, and the area where those items were previously located now contained suits and other inventory. While I do appreciate the suit selection, the overall reorganization made it difficult to locate what I came in for. When I asked a cashier in the men's department, I was informed that all Polo Ralph Lauren items had been removed from this location. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, confusing. Ralph Lauren is a well-known and trusted brand, and removing it from this store feels like a step in the wrong direction. Locations in nearby cities such as Fresno and Bakersfield continue to carry these products, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Customers should not have to drive long distances to find items that were once readily available at their local store. I enjoy shopping at Macy's and would like to continue supporting this location. However, decisions like this make it difficult to do so. I strongly encourage your merchandising team to reconsider the removal of Ralph Lauren products and to better align inventory across locations to meet customer expectations. This is why more consumers shop online rather than inside the brick and mortar, we can only find what we are looking for online!

I was shopping for dress clothes and dress shoes for an upcoming business event for my job and as I…read moretook the clothes and shoes to the dressing room to try them on and see which outfit I wanted to buy, the Ross worker was a Mexican woman, and the lady in front of me was also Mexican who was taking in dresses as well as different types of sandals to try on and the Ross worker had no issues with her, she simply counted all of the items and put the number of items that are all tagged of the post so she would know exactly how many items the lady was trying on. No problems there, but I ask to go in, I'm a white man, and I'm then told that I can't take in the shoes with me. This place is racist and when I asked a different worker what is the point of having everything tagged and then also counted before going into the fitting room if you are going to pick and choose what potential customers are allowed to take what items to the fitting room? The response I was given was " I don't know man." I do not recommend shopping at this place at all. They have permanently lost any potential future business from me

I knew La-Z-Boy wasn't going to be cheap, but I figured it was worth a look. The moment we started sitting on couches, the difference was undeniable. The cushions, the stitching, the fabric -- everything just felt better. There was no comparing it to what we'd seen elsewhere. We still have a La-Z-Boy couch we bought in 2017 sitting in my husband's office, fully functional, no issues. That kind of quality speaks for itself. We came in because the Costco sectional we'd been living with was a disaster -- broken zippers, lumpy cushions after just two years. We wanted an upgrade that would actually last. Robert Z made it impossible to say no. Zero percent financing (seriously, who does that anymore?), delivery and taxes taken off during a flash sale -- we saved hundreds. The whole experience was low pressure, and he clearly knew his stuff. If you're on the fence about the price, just go sit on one of their couches. You'll understand immediately. We went from "just browsing" to buying the same day, and we have zero regrets.
