Rude customer service. Couldn't feel like we could even look around without being watched and rushed to get out. The older lady tried to short us our money and had to recount it 3 times. Would not recommend this store to anyone unless someone else is working. read more

Great service! Two women working late afternoon. They were very helpful. I returned later in the evening as one of the products didn't meet my expectations. One of the women was still there. I looked Sensations up online to see store hours and it says 9am-11pm. I literally drove 30 minutes to go there and when I arrived the open lights were on in the windows. When I went to the door it was locked . The time on my phone said 10:47pm. The sign on the door had the hours closing at 10:45pm. Two female employees were inside and just stared at me. Please be courteous to your customers and keep your website up to date! What a waste of time, gas, and energy to go all this way for nothing! This shows little to no regard for your customers. This is regarding the story on Ben Maddox in Visalia. I have been a customer for a few years and I went to return a whippet dispenser that was manufactured too small and the cartridge would not come out. I dint live in tow so it's been 1 or 2 weeks since i bought it. It was not a high priority and assumed that would be no issue and i would get a replacement or a refund...No big deal, it was apparent what the issue was. That was far from the case. There was an nasty old RUDE Bee at the counter who automatically said "2 weeks and no refund", completely disrespected me in front of other customers...Like i was trying to scam her. She was rude when i purchased the thing but i let it slide since it appeared she as clueless about their products and her daughter or other relative clued her in on what i was looking for. Initially she told me she didn't have what i was looking for! I could tell the old biddy was not going to make good on the sale so i threw the piece of crap on the floor and left I am a very honest person,as well a businessman as well with a successful housing rental business. When there is a problem with something i have sold or work I have done is defective, I honor it. A-- wHoles like this woman act like 'No Refunds" is written in stone and relieves them any responsibility of backing up a defective product. I will never spend my money in their store again, and advise all others not to either. There are much better stores that have RESPECTFUL employees...especially to customers who have patronized them for years. I know people read Yelp reviews before going to a store like this and I hope that your greed and disrespectful treat cost you thousands of $. Who knows, i might buy the business when it goes under. Until then, I will be satisfied too know that I'm sending people the opposite direction of their business. read more

Uncomfortable and rude. They are located right next to tux n tails and have majority of the parking for the lot. I was planning to go inside to look for some items for a bridal shower but as soon as I parked my car some very under kept man approaches my vehicle and asks me if I was planning to go into sensations. Of course I replied no because that was uncomfortable and frightening. He said then you can't park here. It was at that point I noticed a tiny little security sign on the shoulder of his shirt. I was embarrassed so I left. Let me point out a few things. I was the ONLY car in the parking lot. Another 10 cars could've parked in the lot. Next, look the part. If you are going to hire security, make him wash his clothing, tuck in his shirt, and look somewhat the part. A shower would be nice, I really thought he was a homeless person and who wants to tell a homeless man that they are entering a lingerie shop. Lastly, even though the security guy wasn't rude I think the whole situation is rude. If you have that many parking spaces and nobody else is parked at your location relax. Instead you are going to require your security guy to walk up to people's vehicles before they ever get out of their car and ask them where they're going? That's so rude. Have him stand at the door and follow up when people are obviously walking elsewhere. He was standing across the street when I arrived talking to some guy. read more

Poor customer service the lady continuously Mentioning about how I look like a little kid and I don't look like I'm 18 even though I gave her my ID she had a very rude attitude stood over me the whole time that I was trying to look for a vibrator even though I told her I did not need help she kept walking over thinking that I'm going to steal something and it even though I was still trying to be polite and say thank you because she told me I didn't look like I was 18 she had a rude attitude and a smirk and then my vibrator didn't even work!! read more

The No return or exchange policy is a joke! So if you purchase a high dollar item like i did. Try it in the store before you purchase anything! I just gave them 50.oo for a defective item. so you are welcome sensations. I just wanted the item replaced. Not to much to ask. Its basically a smoke shop now. Started out with the cashier staring as we walked around, creepy as hell then you are not allowed to vape in a store that sells vapes and pipes. The vape juice selection is very limited and over priced along with the vape stuff. read more
