Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a seat at the bar. I have to say I was impressed at the selection of juice and gear. The owner Christos was super knowledgeable and really a nice guy. It's normal for a vape shop to have regulars and great customer service but I instantly felt "home". I have checked out a few other shops while I was here in the last year but this place is hands down the best in Fresno. TLDR: Good selection. Great prices. Awesome staff. An owner who makes sure you get great service and top notch products. Cheers

This ideal is reflected beautifully in the shopping experience at Banyan tree. The facility is incredibly clean with an easy check in process. The woman working in the front desk was really kind and gave me information on what i needed to know about purchasing from this shop since it was my first time. My favorite thing is the way they have their handheld concentrates displayed. It's hard to have questions when you're looking at all the information listed out in front of you. So either way I still come up here. I like their rewards program. I seem to get points faster there than other dispensaries. U can save up for $10 off or $25 off. They even have a $20 off for you if you refer a friend. Your friend just has to spend something there and then u can use the $20 off but it has to be at the same visit. It doesn't stay in your cookies wallet. They have good deals on vapes and carts too if your into that. The employees are nice and most of them know wth they talkin bout. So that's koo. There was times where they overcharged me but I made sure to let them know before I paid. If you wanna know your price u can always order online and pick up or if you dk what u want and have your shit in the online cart you can see your price and you can have it ready for your budtender to read it down for them so u can look at it when u get to the register.. that's just what I do.
