Perfect Blend is good place for all people, at all stages of your cigar journey. The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and are eager to show a newer cigar smoker the ropes. If you have some time they will happily show you how to smoke, as well as store your cigars and accessories. As a female smoker I was welcomed, helped promptly and without attitude like some of the other shops in my neighborhood. Joel invited my friend and I to sit and enjoy our cigars and we definitely enjoyed the experience! We return as often as we can since the prices are pretty fair and the humidor is always well stocked. Their monthly events are a must do for me, to get even better deals (the raffles are pretty awesome too). Again, the customer service and the inclusion of all is what sets this place apart from the other shops closer to my neighborhood locations. I highly recommend you stop in! read more

This is a great place to smoke! I'm a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy and this place is very chill and welcoming (not like other places where I feel like I should be wearing loafers and khakis). Joel (the owner) and his staff are easy to talk to and will ask plenty of questions to help you find a good cigar for you. The place is clean, and since you're in tower, you're bound to see some great nightlife. Be advised though - this isn't a place for the easily-offended. You will hear people's opinions and real conversations, maybe even a dirty joke here and there. But take it for what it is, it's a lounge for people to smoke, relax, and get away from the stresses of life for at least an hour. Frankly I just wanted to explore, but I know why I was asked as there is no real rhyme or reason on how it's sorted. I was amazed that they had a great selection of LFDs! I was a frequent customer at this shop for a few months. I was buying cigars everyday. One of the staff "But h" called my wife a whore and stated my wife did sex acts with him. The owner "Joel" did nothing. If you go into this shop and spend money, the regulars will not like you, because they act like it's their shop and you are a outsider. My wife told me never to spend a penny of our large disposable income at this just jungle store. If you frequent this shop: Buyer Beware: They will not like you. POSITIVES-Friendly shop for all walks of life. Wealthy to poor. Huge selection of product. If you're visiting from out of town or new local cigar and pipe person don't let the regulars fool you they can be very nice and helpfull. Customers even get one of the customers confused with the owner! NEGATIVES- there are half a dozen flat screen televisons that are great to watch sports and more on the walls. The people who "work" there are always watching TV and usually cannot be bothered to help or move their butts out of the way. I love to buy new pipe tobaccos, but theirs are inaccessible. Cigars Ltd is a much better choice and is only a few miles away. read more

This is a beautiful and very well stocked smoke shop. Very nice walk-in humidor that is always fully arrayed with great cigars. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff will answer any question or help with any smoking search. Smokers are held each month highlighting a particular cigar and hosting the cigar rep from the company. Great place to enjoy a smoke in a nice atmosphere with leather chairs or sitting at the smoking bar. read more

Went in and looked around the humidor for about 15 mins. Didn't have anyone looking over my shoulder or bugging me. Didn't feel pressured or anything. I asked one the guys working if he could recommend anything to me. He showed me a couple that I hadn't heard of and I really liked his suggestions. The price was pretty reasonable. I usually buy online but try and buy from my local shops whenever I can. The markup was not bad maybe $2 on the cigars. I think thats pretty good considering the other shop in town has a huge markup almost 100% ive come to learn. I would recommend this place to everyone. This place is utterly terrible. If I could give it less than a single star, I would. The guys that work here are, for lack of a more appropriate term, complete douche bags. They talked to me as if I were a child and didn't even know what a cigar was, plus one of the guys followed only a couple feet away from me, looming over me, the entire time I was in the humidor. Apparently I wasn't fast enough making a selection, because he, not very politely, asked if I need a recommendation. I asked if he had one, and he replied, "we'll, obviously you have never smoked many cigars." Is it obvious, you POS? I was probably smoking cigars when this douche was still in junior high. Anyway, he then rushed me to pick out a cigar, mind you, I had only been in the humidor for less than three minutes at this point. I ended up grabbing one just so I could be on my way. Then at the register, I asked if he had a military discount. He gave me a look as if that were one of the dumbest questions he had ever heard, and very cockily said, "you can't get this cigar anywhere in the valley for less. No, we don't have a discount." Needless to say, I will never be doing business there again, and I will direct everyone I know away from there. Stick to Cigar Mas Fino. That is a top notch joint that would get five stars from me. read more
