This was my 2nd visit and I just wanna say as someone who's new to this world & culture, every visit has been extremely pleasant. I had a lot of questions which was addressed in the most professional and patient way possible. You know how some people come at you in a condescending way because they're more knowledgeable? Well I experienced none of that. Thank you for that. The vibe is real chill & the selection is really like that. You can grab and go or hang out and smoke. Either way pay this establishment a visit!!! read more

The customer service was great walked in and was greeted immediately. The manager approached me and guided me through the store and showed me the selection of cigars and recommended a good one. If I had more time or get a chance to come back I will definitely sit and enjoy the company. read more

Very nice experience. Had a cigar with a couple buddies. Nice selection of cigars and comfortable chairs. Give it a try...

Such a chill vibe! They have a great selection of cigars and accessories, perfect for you to grab and smoke as you chill in Tower. If you wanna chill and smoke in the shop, the shop owner and community of cigar regulars are super friendly and cool. They have comfy barstools and couches for you to enjoy your cigar in-shop! If you come on a good night, you might even catch some tunes from the live bands playing at Lucy's next door as you enjoy your cigar(s). read more

Perfect Blend is good place for all people, at all stages of your cigar journey. The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and are eager to show a newer cigar smoker the ropes. If you have some time they will happily show you how to smoke, as well as store your cigars and accessories. As a female smoker I was welcomed, helped promptly and without attitude like some of the other shops in my neighborhood. Joel invited my friend and I to sit and enjoy our cigars and we definitely enjoyed the experience! We return as often as we can since the prices are pretty fair and the humidor is always well stocked. Their monthly events are a must do for me, to get even better deals (the raffles are pretty awesome too). Again, the customer service and the inclusion of all is what sets this place apart from the other shops closer to my neighborhood locations. I highly recommend you stop in! read more

This is a great place to smoke! I'm a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy and this place is very chill and welcoming (not like other places where I feel like I should be wearing loafers and khakis). Joel (the owner) and his staff are easy to talk to and will ask plenty of questions to help you find a good cigar for you. The place is clean, and since you're in tower, you're bound to see some great nightlife. Be advised though - this isn't a place for the easily-offended. You will hear people's opinions and real conversations, maybe even a dirty joke here and there. But take it for what it is, it's a lounge for people to smoke, relax, and get away from the stresses of life for at least an hour. Definitely a local spot that you shouldn't pass up and tell them David sent you! read more

Perfect Blend Fine Cigars - One of my first introductions to Drew Estate. Delicious! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Fresno, California

Often times I walk into a cigar shop with low expectations. I went into their packed humidor and was asked a lot of questions. Frankly I just wanted to explore, but I know why I was asked as there is no real rhyme or reason on how it's sorted. I was amazed that they had a great selection of LFDs! Bulls, La Nox, NAS, etc. They also had others I hadn't been exposed to. The lady was super helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. read more

Perfect Blend Fine Cigars - The BIG JOEL. Carrying the best selection of cigars in the valley. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Fresno, California

These are pretentious pricks in the shop and that own the shop. They took advantage of me as a new cigar smoker. They charged me double the price of other cigar shops locally. I will not return to this business nor will I recommend them to anyone. read more

I was a frequent customer at this shop for a few months. I was buying cigars everyday. One of the staff "But h" called my wife a whore and stated my wife did sex acts with him. The owner "Joel" did nothing. If you go into this shop and spend money, the regulars will not like you, because they act like it's their shop and you are a outsider. My wife told me never to spend a penny of our large disposable income at this just jungle store. If you frequent this shop: Buyer Beware: They will not like you. This is the poorest review I have ever given and it's all true!!! Bradley Medina read more

Great Spot. Good cigars at a reasonable price and excellent customer service. Thank you Perfect Blend!

All staff are helpers and knowledgeable as well. This is not my first visit to a cigar shop, but it is my favorite in recent years. Very well lit and welcoming shop. You can smoke in or out doors. read more

The young man was super helpful and answered all my questions about my new pipe. He hooked me up with all I needed to get started and helped me choose a great starter tobacco. As a woman, it is super intimidating to walk into a cigar shop but he was super welcoming and sweet. The other patrons also seemed super friendly. What a great find! read more

POSITIVES-Friendly shop for all walks of life. Wealthy to poor. Huge selection of product. If you're visiting from out of town or new local cigar and pipe person don't let the regulars fool you they can be very nice and helpfull. Customers even get one of the customers confused with the owner! NEGATIVES- there are half a dozen flat screen televisons that are great to watch sports and more on the walls. BUT there is one big tube Television in the seating area that needs to find a new home. read more

The people who "work" there are always watching TV and usually cannot be bothered to help or move their butts out of the way. I love to buy new pipe tobaccos, but theirs are inaccessible. Cigars Ltd is a much better choice and is only a few miles away. read more

Went in and looked around the humidor for about 15 mins. Didn't have anyone looking over my shoulder or bugging me. Didn't feel pressured or anything. I asked one the guys working if he could recommend anything to me. He showed me a couple that I hadn't heard of and I really liked his suggestions. The price was pretty reasonable. I usually buy online but try and buy from my local shops whenever I can. The markup was not bad maybe $2 on the cigars. I think thats pretty good considering the other shop in town has a huge markup almost 100% ive come to learn. I would recommend this place to everyone. There is also a Starbucks next door which is nice. read more

Great crowd, knowledgable staff, and the prices work. Especially love the "grab bag" great cigars at an extremely resonable price.

I was looking for a few cigars to give to my husband for an anniversary gift. I have no idea what to look for when it comes to cigars. I felt very welcomed and comfortable walking into this shop. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I was able to pick out a nice variety of cigars that I know my husband will love! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great selection and variety and anyone that is just starting out in the cigar world. Thank you so much for making this a great surprise that I know will go over perfectly! read more

First time here. Staff super knowledgeable and friendly. Humidor is stocked with a wide variety of smokes to please your palette

This place is utterly terrible. If I could give it less than a single star, I would. The guys that work here are, for lack of a more appropriate term, complete douche bags. They talked to me as if I were a child and didn't even know what a cigar was, plus one of the guys followed only a couple feet away from me, looming over me, the entire time I was in the humidor. Apparently I wasn't fast enough making a selection, because he, not very politely, asked if I need a recommendation. I asked if he had one, and he replied, "we'll, obviously you have never smoked many cigars." Is it obvious, you POS? I was probably smoking cigars when this douche was still in junior high. Anyway, he then rushed me to pick out a cigar, mind you, I had only been in the humidor for less than three minutes at this point. I ended up grabbing one just so I could be on my way. Then at the register, I asked if he had a military discount. He gave me a look as if that were one of the dumbest questions he had ever heard, and very cockily said, "you can't get this cigar anywhere in the valley for less. No, we don't have a discount." Needless to say, I will never be doing business there again, and I will direct everyone I know away from there. Stick to Cigar Mas Fino. That is a top notch joint that would get five stars from me. read more
