My favorite dispensary I've found so far in Fresno or Merced. I came here several weeks ago, forgot where it was, and have been looking for it ever since. Was so relieved to find it again. HUGE selection, great prices. The store is very clean and super Instagramable with multiple big screen TVS and all kinds of funky decorations. Really love the ambiance. Staff are highly knowledgeable and mostly friendly so far. Great prices on all my favorite brands. I took a star off because the receptionist, who looks like she literally just turned 21 yesterday, made me wait for security to come check my purse, which she defined as a "backpack." This is a disabled accessibility issue. I actually have a disability which makes it very painful for me to carry a normal purse, which is why you haven't seen me with one in years. I carry a 7 liter Dakine PURSE which happens to be in the shape of a backpack, but is smaller than most average purses, which are usually 10-15 liters. A mini backpack is a purse, and I'm pretty sure the dispensary doesn't have a legal right to search all purses. It's intrusive and annoying plus like, my arm is very clearly broken, do you think I'm gonna rob you in a sun dress with a broken arm? The security guard and I laughed at the receptionist together as I said, "This is very clearly a purse, and I very clearly have a broken arm." But other than that annoyance, I love this place and may upgrade them to five stars unless this continues to be an issue. read more

Review for Blue Fire Dispensary I bought from Blue Fire for the last time yesterday. I purchased a pack of pre-rolls (Tangie by West Coast Cure) that were on sale for $16. When I opened the package, two of the joints were smashed, and they didn't smell or taste fresh. The label showed a packaging date of 04/30/2025, so it was clearly an older product. I brought the issue back to the store and spoke with the manager, explaining that the pre-rolls were stale and unsmokable. Instead of offering to replace the product or make things right, she dismissed my concern, saying she could "understand" if it were about a cartridge, but not for this -- which made no sense. From a customer service standpoint, $16 isn't worth losing a loyal customer over. A simple exchange would've left me satisfied and willing to return. Unfortunately, the lack of care and professionalism ended it for me. I'll be shopping at Nectar from now on -- their customer service is far better, and at least the store atmosphere isn't filled with blaring music every time you walk in. read more

purchased cookies, which have a picture of cookies on it. When I opened it I found to my surprise, something that resembles Chex breakfast cereal. When I tried to take it back i was told I couldn't return it because it was open. How was I to know it wasn't what was pictured on the package? The worst part is the label shows the package contains 100mg with 10mg per serving. When there are 100's of Chex size pieces, I haven't a clue how many pieces make up 10mg. This place used to be my favorite dispensary and had great deals. They used to have regular sales. Idk what happened but they got away from that and what made them great for the average Joe is gone. As a veteran I do appreciate the front of the line privileges but why stop our discount on the bargain joints. That really was a disappointment because I used to go in and buy five or six of those and after the veterans discount it made it worth it. That said I get far better deals and quality from actual growers, some of whose brands are sold at blue fire for a fraction of the price. It's sad because this place used to be a weekly stop for me is now a no. I feel for the staff because they even know the place they have been working at has changed what made it great. I think the only time I'll shop here is the rare times I'll feel like an edible. When they stopped the sales they used to have regularly that was one thing but the stupid reasons for not giving a veterans discount on a lower priced preroll is outrageous. There are other dispensary's that sell prerolls that have not and will not ever use the excuse it's already discounted so you can't use your veterans discount. The purpose of the discount is to remove the taxes which is what every last club says it's for. I've helped manage clubs in San Diego and in other parts of California and never have I heard of such a thing and never in any of the clubs I used to help manage would I allow that. I haven't been back since. The growers get that money direct from me now. The tradition markets are coming back because the greed at which these places operate is no good for anyone. Growers want their product moved when it's as fresh as possible for quality purposes as it builds to their brand and reputation but when clubs keep the prices high that product sits for far longer than it should. When they did the 30% off sales product would fly off the shelves there and people were very happy, lines out the door. As my grandfather taught me the fast quarter will always add up with more value over the slow dollar. read more
