I must say that I was really impressed with the customer service I received. I was greeted at the door and was addressed by name so Smoke City gets an A+ for customer service alone. I was allowed to take my time and choose an e-juice I liked with no pressure. The young man (wish I could recall his name) was very knowledgeable about the products they carry and answered all my questions without hesitation. The part of my story I think that may be different from others is that the reason I traveled (70 miles) to Smoke City was from my initial call; friendly, courteous, upbeat...very amicable. I purchased an eGrip about a month ago and wrote a review about my experience. Today I had to go back to the stop and wanted to write about that as well. The eGrip appears to have a minor flaw that manifests after several charges (there is a piece that fits into the micro usb) where it may not charge anymore. I was worried about how I was going to have this addressed but once I called the stop my worries were put aside. Once again I was treated with respect, the customer service was excellent, the unit was replaced and I walked away once again a very satisfied customer. The best store in the 209 area. I was just there for the labor day weekend, and i realized i was almost running out of my juice. I head over to smoke city and the first thing you get is a huge friendly welcome from the clerk. He gives the place a friendly vibe. Anyways back to the juice.
