Immediately I could tell it was fake I asked the girl if I could return it she said no because I had already opened it. I went outside to compare it to a real puff bar I had previously had from another place and it was very obvious the ones here are fakes. I went back in and informed the girl working that it was a fake and she not only did NOT offer my money back she also said that other customers had said the same thing. If other costumers are saying this then why are they still selling them!?? My friend and I came by just shopping the whole Gilroy outlet and stumbled upon this shop. It's a tiny shop with a counter that extended pretty far down to the back. The salesman (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) had a lot of passion for the products he had on hand. Came on a bit strong but definitely was full of great information, definitely hyped up every product we passed by. Even though they had some product from Canada, they had some local products as well which is great. Also I was really impressed that they have blown glass from Oregon, and knowing from my extended family of glassblowers, it's a huge business up there. I got to hold one and it's very smooth texture and had a nice weight to it. As for usability, I didn't buy one to test it, but only because my boyfriend still has one and we don't need a variety at home. Even though I didn't buy any cbd/thc products, there was a shirt that caught my eye. I was really impressed by the salesman and I wanted to support still even if it was a shirt. Saw the BLVK Unicorn company shirt, (Be Loyal Valued Kind) and got lucky that it was the only medium. The owner rung me up and thanked me for my time. I'm not local to Gilroy, so unsure if I'll be back anytime soon but I do like supporting the small local business. read more

This store has probably saved my life. I started vaping several months ago to help cut down on cigarettes. I had pneumonia and knew that I needed to quit smoking. I walked in and told Elvin that I had a vape pen that I hated, and needed someone to help me find a product that would serve my needs. He was very helpful and informative and I walked out with a Suoran Drop and honeydew flavored juice. Completely satisfied customer. Fast forward to last week. Officially diagnosed with COPD. Quitting the cigarettes was now the only thing between me and an oxygen tank in five years. I knew I could leave the smokes behind, as long as I always had a charged, loaded vape handy. At first i thought this place was closed but the gentleman inside quickly came to the door to let me know they were open.There were several boxes of inventory spred around the floor, I could tell this shop was fairly new. So far this place has the largest selection of juices that I've seen. The employees are very helpful and the deal on juices was awesome! Normally I pay $25-$30 for a 60ml bottle. I left with 4 bottles and spent a little over $40. Don't get much better then that. Don't have much of a selection of mods though. Just a couple starter kits, but totally understandable being that they just opend this place. I can't wait to go back to this place when they are fully stocked. Definitively worth the drive! This place is awesome when it comes to vape juice options. The assortment they carry is vast and diverse. They offer shots of concentrated nicotine oil so that people who smoke higher mg fluid can find great flavors too. The owner is always in the store, and he is one of the friendliest and most pleasant people I've met. I drive all the way to Gilroy from San Jose every few weeks just to visit this place. The only possible way they could improve is to offer sampling, so you can be positive you're buying something you will like. Sometimes fluids that smell good, don't taste too great. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a Nectar Collector from Nancy, the owner, who was great in person, horrible once I called the next day. I didn't even get to use the piece, and it broke right after being opened. I called in the very next day asking to exchange or return the piece, since I OBVIOUSLY CANT USE IT. She tells me that since she can't resell it, there is nothing that can be done. But oh wait, she offered to give me 20-30% off the next time I come in. THE FACT THAT SHE THINKS I WILL BE BACK FOR FUTURE PURCHASES IS RIDICULOUS.
