This is my favorite smoke shop to go to in the Bay Area I prefer it over most if not all smoke shops. They have a wide selection of almost anything you need for smoking and even cool little trinket. Not to mention the prices in my opinion have always been the best compared to most smoke shops that I've been too. Usually the items are close to Amazon prices where as other smoke shops will double the price. The broads that work here are something else. Always change prices. I get butane every week. Last week it was $3.27 and I paid by card, like I have multiple times. Today, at 10:10AM the girl working there tells me he minimum purchase in card is $10. I asked her since when and she says "for as long as she's been there." I go to purchase ONE can and I end up having to purchase 4 because she wants to lie to a customer and get her sales up. That's bullshit. I can't fw establishments who do business that way. Do NOT purchase "PuffBars" from Green Rush Smoke Shop. They knowingly sell fake/counterfeit PuffBar products and will play dumb if you call them out on it. I unfortunately just found this out for myself the hard way.. After purchasing one I immediately verified it's authenticity through the official PuffBar website, with the store employee present to witness & it came back as counterfeit. They called the owners and they were completely unwilling to offer any sort of refund/exchange because they "would no longer be able to sell the returned PuffBar since the verification code on the packaging had been scratched/revealed". The fact that they would even still sell this product at all says a lot about this shop. Not only is selling counterfeit goods illegal & unethical but when it comes to providing a product that their customers are going to consume in their mouth/lungs through vaping it, it poses some serious health risks. We don't know who, where or how these fake products are being made and we don't know what's being put in them.. Anyway, sorry for the long rant. I'm just so irritated with wasting money due to this rampant counterfeit PuffBar issue and disappointed in this shop for only helping perpetuate it. Shame on you Green Rush Smoke Shop!! You chose a one time profit from a $27 disposable vape over your customer. Don't make your customers be stuck with your burden of ordering no good products or you'll continue to lose even more of them. Take care of your customers & bring up this issue with your distributor who's providing you with this garbage. They should take the product back and if not you take the loss, find another distro and move on. read more
