This shop is amazing and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I stop by here when I am in the area and I have not been disappointed! I wish this was closer to where I live because I would be here all the time. If you are in the area make sure you support this business. They have every kind of gear you could ask for and will make sure you leave the shop with just what you were looking for. Great service. Greater vibe read more

Best smoke shop I ever been to they have everything I need clean helpful a whole staff is amazing. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends. read more

Don't bother. You will get rung up for the wrong product, get ignored while someone takes a personal call on their cell, or have to listen to the clerk boy talk about customs and what products or forecasted for entry into the country. When your in a small town and your regular spot is out of inventory save yourself the time and skip this place. read more

I got a puff I few months back and it broke, when I called to ask them about warranty if it's for a year or more info, Joanna was very rude an unhelpful, come on guys u should know this stuff u sell them, she tried to say I don't know we don't make them. SMDH read more

This is my favorite smoke shop to go to in the Bay Area I prefer it over most if not all smoke shops. They have a wide selection of almost anything you need for smoking and even cool little trinket. Not to mention the prices in my opinion have always been the best compared to most smoke shops that I've been too. Usually the items are close to Amazon prices where as other smoke shops will double the price. Plus the service I receive is top notch I always feel welcomed and like I'm more of a friend than a customer. read more

Green Rush - Scorch Torch, one of the best torches I've gotten! - Head Shops Near Me - Gilroy, California

This place actively steals from their customers. I was charged twice (double) for my order. When I called to have them to have the duplicate charge removed, they denied it and refused to refund the money. They got paid double the amount and refused to return it. They are thieves. read more

With everything going on right now we still needed to go out for some errands. We just made a quick trip to Green Rush. Bola was there to help me with his costumer service and knowledge of items being sold at the smoke shop. If you haven't been try it!! I give Green Rush 5 stars if I was able to give them more stars I would give them a rating of ten stars As well as Bola!! Thank you for your service!! read more

I called in before going to this shop to double check if they had a specific product and the gentleman I spoke too on the phone was very helpful in checking inventory for me. Amazing selection and great customer service, I'll definitely be returning in the future :) read more

Charged me 130$ for a 10$ slide, said they would refund me the next day but then there was no record of my purchase. This place is shit, overpriced and is overall poor quality. Never going back again read more

Huge covid risk!!! They don't wear mask or require customers to wear masks! Would not recommend very rude and unprofessional service as well

The broads that work here are something else. Always change prices. I get butane every week. Last week it was $3.27 and I paid by card, like I have multiple times. Today, at 10:10AM the girl working there tells me he minimum purchase in card is $10. I asked her since when and she says "for as long as she's been there." I go to purchase ONE can and I end up having to purchase 4 because she wants to lie to a customer and get her sales up. That's bullshit. I can't fw establishments who do business that way. Only make a purchase when dude is working because they don't change prices. read more

If I was able to press the no star button I would the most rude people that work here to be exact the lady JESSICA . Had to be one of the rudest human being ever . Spoke profanity to me over the phone asked to speak to a boss which she said she was .. I'm waiting for a call that's as supposed to be coming never got that call .. I will get to the bottom of this because I've seen underage kids grabbing vape pens we can talk about that as well !!!! read more

Don't buy from here unless you're willing to spend $10-$60 on faulty items. ALL of their vape and dab pens break after a week or less.

A bit overpriced but the service is good. They need to put prices on each piece in order to avoid the appearance of "making it up as they go" - which is exactly what they do. I will not be going back... but I wish them success in the future. read more

Here @ 11:35 am and it's closed?? No hours posted on the door. So I checked yelp for hours said they were open, I dnt think so lol

Not a good place sold me a dry vape it didnt work and they didnt want to give me my money back because they didnt want to lose the sell

Do NOT purchase "PuffBars" from Green Rush Smoke Shop. They knowingly sell fake/counterfeit PuffBar products and will play dumb if you call them out on it. I unfortunately just found this out for myself the hard way.. After purchasing one I immediately verified it's authenticity through the official PuffBar website, with the store employee present to witness & it came back as counterfeit. They called the owners and they were completely unwilling to offer any sort of refund/exchange because they "would no longer be able to sell the returned PuffBar since the verification code on the packaging had been scratched/revealed". The fact that they would even still sell this product at all says a lot about this shop. Not only is selling counterfeit goods illegal & unethical but when it comes to providing a product that their customers are going to consume in their mouth/lungs through vaping it, it poses some serious health risks. We don't know who, where or how these fake products are being made and we don't know what's being put in them.. Anyway, sorry for the long rant. I'm just so irritated with wasting money due to this rampant counterfeit PuffBar issue and disappointed in this shop for only helping perpetuate it. Shame on you Green Rush Smoke Shop!! You chose a one time profit from a $27 disposable vape over your customer. Don't make your customers be stuck with your burden of ordering no good products or you'll continue to lose even more of them. Take care of your customers & bring up this issue with your distributor who's providing you with this garbage. They should take the product back and if not you take the loss, find another distro and move on. read more
