Their business is located next to the only Hertz services car rental in Hollister handled by a business that is not open on the weekend. (Do not go there if you need good Hertz service!) When the person at Wright Bros Industrial Supply saw our predicament with no car and noone to talk to, he explained what we needed to know and we had a friendly discussion which helped defuse our situation (all four of us with no car...)

At the end of the job they tried to charge me an extra 90 dollars for standby time even though it was their fault. The manager got mad because I didn't have exact change and later called me to cuss me out and to act like a tuff guy and throw a handful of F Bombs at me when I didn't do nothing to him except for not having exact change. The manager was very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone get cement off of Don Chapin unless you like the filling of being bullied by a out of control man. I called the company and they are supposed to contact me about this whole terrible experience and hopefully make it right. I will leave another review after we see what Don Chapin is going to do for me.

Alan Chapin is the reason why this company is straight garbage!!! His tractor is responsible for…read morerubbing up the side of my vehicle on-site as of 5/9/22. With evidence by the knowledge of our staff and specific locations where the tractor is driven and picks up/drops off it's digging tools it's clear to see where this exactly happened. I have photos and will be making a police report now since i myself got the ugliest attitude which then turned into an argument after telling him to get out of my face. I was then disrespected by him degrading me as he walked away seeing I was irritated and embarrassed for his actions and non compliance with safety and professionalism. He says it wasn't them who did it when we have on record they were the only ones operating that specific tractor in which was used during this accident. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Sadly they are in the middle of a project and I will be updating this post as of now to keep anyone and everyone informed about the problem we are having as a report for you all to see. Angry "Alan Chapin" Ticked off and eager to come back around and give dirty looks in a disrespectful manner, antagonizing me is just plain crazy and childish. I'm only defending myself by words that have no physical harm in this situation. Thank God my heart is at peace and I have bigger mountains to climb when it comes to someone bringing out the ugliest in you. It's just unbelievable to me that a "local or surrounding company" like them can still exist without figuring out how to break this chain of complaints I see on other reviews based on the history shown for us to see from real people like myself. I'm sorry but there's just no excuse for turning this on me and belittling my intelligence for knowing exactly what happened and who is responsible for this at the end of the day. SHAME ON YOU "ALAN CHAPIN". I'm glad you'll soon hear about this and I hope it embarrasses your sarcasm when it comes to customer service because your not a problem solving person and the people will see it. You don't belong in this business and should seriously consider doing yourself a favor and get help with the way you treat people. As I said I will keep everyone posted as long as this unprofessional person is around our job site.
