I was trying to be there for the dissing but he kept insisting he doesnt need me or the owners at their property in general. After he was done, he sent a few photos and requested another $250 on top of the extra $100 he already asked for. My wife who never went to look at the property in person, which i didnt know, said looks good and to pay him. I went ahead and paid the full amount plus the extra $350 not originally quoted (my error) and went to the property to see that there were 3 large areas not done that were clearly part of the 5 acres. Jeff stated safety concerns and when I debunked that he stated he'd come back and fi ish the work in a few days. He never did but did tell me he'd come back later. Later, I was left a message that he's waiting for a repair. Then he ghosted me. So here I went above and beyond to oay him way more than he quoted only to have him shaft me on the project. Yes its my fault for not inspecting before paying but if he or anyone cares about his business, this is piss poor on customer service and business ethics.
