We had them come back a few weeks later to begin with taking out the wall between our dining and living rooms, as well as the fireplace. They were able to get started very quickly, and it only took around 2 weeks from start to finish. Everyone that was in on the project was very professional, kind, and mindful of everything. We have an 11-month-old, and they did a great job with keeping the noise down during her nap times. They were very good at communicating what times they would be at the house and when they left and came back from breaks/lunch. The work that they did was incredible! You would never know that we had that wall or the fireplace in the house if you walked in today! The beam that they added along with the drywall and paint looks seamless! There was a little height discrepancy between the rooms, meaning that we had to remove more flooring than we originally anticipated; however, the company had discontinued that particular line and replaced it with a new one. Ralph called numerous dealers and was able to find us 3 boxes left! The fact that he spent the time to find the flooring for us shows the commitment they have to satisfying the customer!
