They had to return to fix that outlet. Watt Electric was not there for the inspection by the city not once twice but three times. When I complained to them of the above they apologized! When we arrived at the appointed time, he was there waiting for us. A punctual contractor - YAY! He gave us a bid to update and renovate the older home we had just bought. When we needed to fumigate the house, Eric got his crew out there right away to trim trees and bushes so the tent could be put on the next day. The house needed a refresh from top to bottom - paint, baseboards, windows, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, gates, fencing, gutters, etc. He began the work in January 2019 and he kept us informed with phone calls, texts and photos of work in progress. During the process of installing new flooring in the master bathroom, he discovered the floor was not level, which meant he had to do a complete gut renovation of the bathroom. He and his team leveled the floor, installed new green wall, new lineal drain for the shower, installed a new tub and toilet and fixtures, and then installed new tile on the shower, floors, and backsplash. As a favor, he hung the heavy mirrors we purchased over the two vanities. We could not be happier with the results (see photos). Eric and his team completed the job in March - just in time for our family visitors. He and his crew cleaned and even dust mopped the floors before they left! Eric and his team are trustworthy, punctual, responsive, and friendly. They produce high quality work and are excellent at their craft. I had a Navien tankless water heater installed several years ago by someone else. The installer…read moredid a great job, but after about a month when there was a fault/error code and the heater stopped, he said to unplug it and plug it back in. Going forward, this happened several times so I called Navien; they recommended I get an authorized service tech out there so they could troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I called Ernie's, the closest Navien approved company. Ben came out the next day, got on the phone with Navien and ordered a new PCB under warranty. Because I took to long to address this, labor was not covered, but that's understandable. And it was very reasonable. Less than a week later I now have a fixed tankless. Ben and Ernies were incredible; they're my new go to for plumbing issues. And I'm not sure why Timmy P. left such a bad review of Ernie's. Based on what he wrote, he expected Ben and Ernie's to take a partial payment at the job site. Maybe if he had stated that when making his appt there would not have been any confusion. Payment is always due at job completion.
