The employee who…read moreaccidentally damaged the phone tried his best by replacing the antenna, but it must have been the motherboard that was damaged, because even a factory reset of the device did not restore the data connection, and it was the conclusion of the support team of my phone carrier that the phone needed to be replaced. I wrote an email explaining the situation to Cellairis and asking for a refund for the repair which broke the phone. They called me back and said they would not replace my phone. I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.

Came home, plugged it in, no internet connection, Bill called PC & Mac Solutions & they told him bring it back they would fix the issue...Home again plugged it in & still no connection to internet, called again..Bill said he wasn't happy & wanted his money back & the staff said that's not possible..in store credit only!!! We were given a name of another computer designer (John Cook) he was our HERO..he made this horrible fiasco with PC & Mac Solutions better! He KNEW what we needed & provided the service with a functional PC Tower...He also mentioned that the specifications we asked for weren't there w/PC Solutions Dell Tower. PLUS the tower wasn't cleared/cleaned of information from a previous owner!!WHAT???? WARNING...BE SURE YOU READ SIGNS (if they are placed in the store so they are visible) & ask questions-questions so you don't end up like we did! Feeling like we were taken advantage of!!! We aren't computer techies & we won't or need anything so their IN STORE CREDIT of $475 is in their favor surely NOT OURS!     I want to give this store the highest rating for several reasons:we had Verizon service for over 12…read moreyears, switched recently around Thanksgiving for economic reasons, but the store continues to serve me. The service has always been great;if they were busy it's because they're popular and they know what they're doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don't use Verizon anymore.I can't think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. If I could give out extra stars I'd give the store a six and Patrick an 11 !!! Thank you !

I went in to this location needing a new phone. The girl at the counter was pretty helpful. She showed me my options and told me a little bit about each phone. She was knowledgeable however, I'm pretty sure she was high. At 11am. 15 days after purchasing my phone, while out of state, my phone started acting up. It randomly shut off and wouldn't come back on. It finally came back on the next day but even since then it keeps shutting off, factory resetting, and closing all my apps. It was clearly just a defective phone. Needless to say, dealing with a factory reset every other day was pretty annoying. I would lose my apps, any settings, and anything that wasn't backed up. I went back to the Cricket store when I got back in town and the gentleman at the counter sent me straight back out the store telling me I needed to call the manufacture, Samsung. He wouldn't even entertain a conversation with me. From my view, Samsung didn't sell me a defective phone. Cricket did and so Cricket should help me with my phone and then deal with Samsung themselves. I called the Cricket Customer Service line and got a really "understanding" manager that was "unable" to help me either. He said he could give me a refurbished phone as a replacement but I was not excited about that option considering I just paid $220 for a brand new phone that doesn't work. Not to mention, I had to put a $200 deposit down for the refurbished phone that Cricket would keep if they deemed the phone issue was my fault.... Moral of this story, Cricket has cheap plans but you are getting what you pay for. I would never recommend Cricket to anyone but more importantly, this retail store.
