Since September 6 when Spectrum cable had their own outage we have had no cable. We have called…read morecountless times and were told they could not climb the pole because of tree limbs in the way and it was dangerous. We were told Oncor ownsthe pole and they would to do the trimming but Spectrum rents space on the pole and they will have to pay for the trimming job. Back-and-forth back-and-forth. OK we'll do it, no we don't do it, well they'll do that, no they don't do that-back and forth. So we went to the City of Arlington and got the plans for our lot and it showed a 7 1/2 foot utility easement behind our house and that's the reason our backyard fence has to take a big zigzag. So the trees behind our property are not ours. They either belong to the city or the utility company because it's their easement. Nobody will help us we are being bullied into cutting the trees are self which is gonna cost $800-$1000. I went on the site locally in my neighborhood called NEXTDOOR and a very lovely lady gave me information on who to contact. We emailed Tammy Dubbeke at State Representative Chris Turner's ofc. at NNO. SO to those that helped us through our emails ... 'If you were at all responsible for the Spectrum supervisor coming out today, I thank you a thousand times over. Supervisor Greg Allen and technician Nate came out and climbed the pole without any problem and ran a new line from the pole to my house. Instant cable. Their fix was so good it even woke up one of our old cable boxes that was frozen. Also a spike in billing today but they are going to give me credit for the days the cable was off. It is a good day!' Thanks again everyone for all your help.

These people are not even licensed to actually fix phone. They are liars and scammers they worker even tried to argue with me and say I was lying will be opening a case with them

DONT COME HERE especially to fix your phone im pretty sure half of these reviews are fake because…read morethey left review for both stores and there no way half of these people visited both stores in the same week im pretty sure people are getting asked to write good reviews for discounts or something ... i went to get my screen fixed the first time i went to pick it up everytime i touched the screen white dots showed up the owner basically said it was my fault because i was pressing it to hard which wasnt true because i barely touch the screen and it would show up .. the second problem i had was the screen was lifting up out of my phone again the owner basically said it was my fault because i kept coming back telling them to fix it everytime i found another problem so they kept having to pop open my phone .. mind you if they would have done it right the first time i wouldnt had had to go back so many times .. the next day my screen fell completely straight off my phone ... i went back and they finally fixed my screen right.. i wasnt going to write a bad review although all that had happen but now a week later my phone freezes and completely shuts off, face ID stopped working AND on top of that my phone battery dies WAY quicker then it did before ... honestly DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR PHONE FIXED my phone is worst now then before i had the screen replaced... before you even think about coming here read the reviews!! Especially the bad ones they sell defective screens they will mess up your phone worst then before you took it to them !!!!

We live in the Deep Ellum / Fair Park area…read more I wants me summa dat GOOOD internetz. Knowing that Time Warner is a shrieking hell of feces-throwing monkeys, (ie their installation / service / customer service is extremely poor) I elected to give this CLEAR company a shot. Nothing to lose, right? And maybe I would get good service without having to rewire my new condo! I used their online app and noticed that the tower had great Laser Line of Sight (LLOS) with the modem, and upon reception of said modem, had it up, connected to the router, and rocking over 100mb/s downloads within an hour. It was bliss. Sweet, sweet bliss. I could download, share, stream, torrent, game...all simultaneously!! Never had Time Warner delivered such Internets to my home! However, I started noticing hiccups to the system. Suddenly, my Apple TV would not download my rented movie. YouTube vids wouldn't load. After going through their customer service a few times ("move the modem!" "restart the modem" "move the modem again"), I started to lose my temper at them, until I was finally connected to a "Level 2" Tech. (looking back, it was probably an invented title that they were using to mollify me, but whatever) When I complained that I was paying for the top-tier service and not getting said service, their counter-argument became are you ready for this "you are using up all the Internets, and the other customers need it" 'so, you are THROTTLING me?' "no no no (retraction of statement)" So, don't go with CLEAR. They advertise high speeds, and do deliver them, but if you continue to use up too much of the Internetz, they will just shut off your service. Blatant breach of service, to advertise speeds and then restrict you when you use them, but that's what happened to me, repeatedly, over the three months I had them. Back to Time Warner.....

Dishonest salespeople trump the crappy bandwidth. The ISP also does not meet the security…read morerequirements for some VPN connections, a fact the company fails to mention. Okay, in fairness, my company's IT security is more strict than the Pentagon, but still. What does it all mean? When the salesman tells you, "'cancel anytime... no problem... all you have to do is return the modem in good condition." What he really means is "if you try to cancel 'anytime,' we will give you a 30 minute runaround and charge you $150 for the pleasure of failing to serve you." Not that it really mattered - the dial-up level bandwidth was enough to cripple my home connections with just one device on line. Stick with your existing service... these guys are a scam and a half.
