They are selling Samsung refurbished parts and when they fail you are gonna take the hit. I would recommend Dfw cell phone parts or mobile sentrix as they stand behind their return policy.

Despite the busyness of the store, there was an associate Poli who acknowledged each patron that entered the store. She was attentive and ensured all were seen and valued as a customer. No one person felt slighted nor ignored. There appeared to be only 3 representatives working which made it challenging as there were over 20+ customers, possible due to the lateness of hour. It seemed as though the volume tripled during the last hour. I'm choosing to highlight the exceptional customer service of those who may normally only receive negative reviews and or comments. Thank you Poli you are seen and appreciated!

A while back I added a second line to my account. The user decided they didn't want to keep the line so I paid my regular bill thinking Cricket would just disconnect the second line for non-payment. I called Cricket to make sure but I was wrong. If I didn't pay the whole bill they would cut off both lines so I went ahead and paid it. I had so much trouble with the Cricket app trying to get the bill paid. I even tried the website and calling 611 from my phone. I finally got the payment to go through but it left off the $.83 cents. So what did Cricket do!!!!! They cut off both lines for non-payment of the 83 cents!!!! I am about ready to go back to having a landline and get a pre-paid phone for emergencies!!!

While my phone was repaired I became impressed by their selection of phones and phone accessories. Their service was friendly and professional and their prices were fairly reasonable. We tried saving it just until he could get his free upgrade in a month by putting a screen protector on, but that just fell off and took small shards of glass with it. Since he is constantly on that phone for work, we decided it needed to be fixed. After stopping by an Apple store ($200 to fix a screen) and the Verizon store (between $150-200 -- can't remember exactly -- even with the Asurion insurance), we lost a little hope. We were about to go home and look on Amazon.com for a screen and install it ourselves, but then we remembered cell phone repair shops. We've never been to one, but it had to be less than $200, so we thought we might as well see. The owner (I'm assuming because he knew EVERYTHING) took the phone, gave us a very fair price and also said that it would only take 40 minutes! Not 40 hours, but freaking MINUTES! We ate next door at the Al Kabob restaurant (also very good) and shopped for a new cell phone case and screen protector just a building over. It was all fast and easy and they took very good care of us. Don't let Apple or your cell phone company rob you. These guys at this store know what they're doing for a very fair price.

I took the phone in the next day to ask him to please look into why these buttons have stopped working, and he flat out denied any "possibility" of being due to his repair, and stated I would need to pay more to repair this issue. This is either a blatant lie, or absolutely ignorant response, as the ribbon cable from the logic board to these buttons runs right UNDERNEATH the battery and is exposed. Please see iFixit link below step 42: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPhone+5+Audio+Control+and+Power+Button+Cable+Replacement/10792 I opened the phone, and indeed, the ribbon is torn/cut.
