Customer service isn't the best. How can you tell me to go to another location to get my screen protector replaced whenever this location has it just not the one I paid for. Where is the customer service? My phone has the privacy screen protector and they don't have it but they hace the clear one yet they don't want give that one even tho I have paid for the screen protector insurance. Disappointed. Update; just called another T-Mobile location to see if they can help with this issue and the T-Mobile employee said yes they can help me and apologized for the bad experience from this location. read more

Went to this location despite the sketchy reviews and I had a super awesome experience. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the reps and advised to wait while they attended to other customers who were before me. I was in desperate need of a new phone while my iPhone 7+ was on its last string. I worked with Thomas who was super chill and knowledgeable. Thomas went above and beyond to check every store in the district for the specific iphone that I was looking for. After checking every store, sadly all of stores in the district were out of the 128GB iphone that I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a 64GB iphone 11 from Thomas and I am super happy with my purchase and experience here. Thomas wasn't pushy and worked quickly and effectively to get me in and out. Busy little place on a Friday evening. I was only there for a phone charger so found it myself and checked out pretty easily. Dude helping me was really friendly. Appreciated that. After a great experience at the Lemmon location in 5/2019 with the purchase of my new I phone and transfer of plan from ATT to TMobile, I brought my sluggish phone and had great service from Anthony( subbing from his normal North Park location) and had him order a replacement new I phone. After the first visit, I was told my new phone would transfer all old data from my old phone. It did nothing overnight leaving me helpless with a useless phone. Another two hours with the new and old phones at this location again on the next day, unsuccessful! None of my emails or passwords are saved nor do apps work! Jake at this location was VERY rude over the phone and wouldn't even look for my old phone to make certain data wasn't erased. He was only interested in getting out of the store by the 6 pm closing. I have now been on hold with TMobile tech services for 2 hours with no answer! What happened to the usual good service from T-MOBILE? read more

Do NOT USE THIS T-MOBILE store! Theyre shady as hell. I returned my iphone in exchange for a new one and and theyre computers weren't working and sent us to get cash to pay in November. Turns out they didn't turn the phone in until the end of January and the phone lost value according to corporate! So now I am dealing with paying more money because some employee didn't send my phone back in time. So beware and use ANY OTHER store but this one! read more

This is the only T-Mobile store I go to when I need anything for my phones or need to make any changes to my account. They are always very friendly and happy to help. Store gets busy in the evenings but they have a waiting list that they go by. Store is clean and organized. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went there to establish a plan and get a phone. They tell me I need to wait 10 minutes for the phone. 20 minutes later it was another 10 minutes. Then again. It being busy only means they're taking good care of you and not letting you leave without all questions answered - Edgar was my representative and I experienced just that, cool guy.
