I noticed my bill went up $15.00 and reached out to Frontier and spoke with Tanasha. She was so wonderful and I had such a great customer service experience with her. Tanasha helped me receive a far lower price than I have before. Thank you for being awesome! I recommend going to Frontier any time especially if your area services this company.

1/5 -- Extremely frustrating experience…read more My Frontier internet went down around 1 PM and has now been out for over 9 hours. I work from home, so this outage caused me to lose 4 hours of PTO and I may now have to drive into the office tomorrow because my service still isn't working. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accurate communication. I tried contacting support and waited forever without getting connected to anyone. I also tried their outage text service and received no useful response. Then, when I finally got Frontier's online outage checker to work, it told me "Outage resolved in your area" with a resolution time of 12:00 AM on August 20 -- even though my internet didn't go out until approximately 1 PM on August 20 and it is STILL not working. I understand that outages happen. What I don't understand is leaving customers without service for hours while providing inaccurate information and making it incredibly difficult to get an actual update or speak with someone. For a service that people rely on to work from home, this has been incredibly disappointing. Frontier needs to do a much better job communicating with customers during outages and providing accurate restoration information.

    Spectrum - Good spectrum location

Spectrum has one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with…read more I clearly informed them that I was moving, yet they transferred my account anyway without proper authorization. I later canceled the service, returned the equipment directly to the original location, and confirmed everything in person. Despite this, they still billed me and continued the service as if nothing had changed. After multiple calls, I was escalated to a manager who assured me everything had been resolved. However, I am still receiving emails and calls regarding a service I no longer have and did not authorize to continue. There is no reason I would choose to keep paying $256 a month for inconsistent service and ongoing administrative errors. At this point, I no longer want or need their service, and I strongly regret my experience with this company.

When I finally called to cancel, I was suddenly offered multiple discounts to stay. I declined and confirmed that my service was cancelled. Despite that, Spectrum continued sending me bills as if the account had never been cancelled. I called again to verify the cancellation, but I continued receiving past-due notices and additional charges. To make matters worse, Spectrum reported three months of alleged unpaid service to the credit bureaus after I had already cancelled the account. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Spectrum keep detailed records of all communications and cancellation confirmations. I would not choose this company again.

AT&T Internet - The mess that was left after digging up my lawn. No sod replaced, 2 sprinkler heads still buried, and won't take responsibility.

Because I could never log in, I did not discover until later that I had been charged for an added phone line I never authorized, a tablet I never received, and Gateway equipment I had already returned because the reception was poor. AT&T is awful. I had AT&T for several years, but in recent years, they could not keep my Internet…read moreworking. They would schedule a time for a tech to appear, then not show up. Most annoying, AT&T's so-called "Virtual Assistant" schedules stuff and dialogs with customers, but it's an outright liar. I waited for a tech one day during the 8 - 12 window Virtual Assistant gave me. Virtual Assistant kept texting me "we're late but we're on the way" for over FOUR HOURS. When it was obvious the tech did not show up, I texted "When are you coming?" Virtual Assistant answered, "We can help you with that." The next day, Virtual Assistant texted "Your repair is complete." I replied, "I don't believe you." Virtual Assistant replied (again) "We can help you with that." Total incompetence. I switched to Spectrum. After I terminated AT&T, they emailed me a "How did we do?" inquiry. I answered it, and a couple of weeks later I received the same inquiry. AT&T's downfall is its stupid automated communications. The nice thing about Spectrum is that they have live people there to answer the phone and their answers are helpful.

To start, the internet they provided for me in Sherman TX, was excellent. 2 gigs up/2 gigs…read moredown....crazy fast. Never once had an outage in the roughly 10 months that i had the service, so I never had a need to call about anything service or outage related. Excellent product. When I signed up for NT Fiber, it was the only option allowed in Sherman Park Village, a then brand new apartment complex in Sherman TX. I would have liked to stay with Sparklight, since I'd been doing business with them for over a decade at that point. When I signed up I was told that I could receive a bill in the mail and send a check as payment each month, as I preferred. That turned out to be untrue. After the first month or so when I received an email about nonpayment, it turned out they had to have a card on file, and charge it each month. Not the end of the world, just not what I was told. I bought my first home about a week ago, and got moved in this past weekend. I opted to go with Sparklight instead of NT Fiber. I started calling yesterday, the 23rd of March 2026, at about 9:18 a.m. I just got a call back today the 24th of March 2026, at about 2 p.m. I probably called 30 times or more, trying to get someone on the line to cancel my service. Left multiple messages. At 12:19 today I sent an email, detailing how many times I'd called, and asking for my service to be cancelled. About 1.5 hours later, I got a 1 word response from a Bobby with NT Fiber. "cancelled" I was going to flame the company pretty hard about that, but about 15 minutes later I got a phone call from a Rachel, with NT Fiber. She was perfectly pleasant, relayed that my service had been cancelled, and all payments stopped, and thanked me for being a customer. I told her I had been seconds away from a nasty review, and that a Bobby had left a single word response to my email. She told me that a stomach virus, or something like it, had torn up their office and that they were on a skeleton crew. Understandable. I'm leaving a 3 star review. It's not a 1 star because Rachel called me and was polite and professional, and overall the experience was pretty good with the company, and in my case at least, the product was phenomenal. It's not a 5 star, because it took me over 24 hours, 30+ phone calls, and 1 email to get a response from a company whose hours are listed as 24 hours a day. And I feel I was intentionally misled about the billing process at the start, back in June of last year. Hope this review helps someone.
