I was told to go to another authorized Verizon retailer in Alexandria and was hung up on. Then I called back again and no one answered. Then, I tried to set up an appointment to drop off the set top box and was refused. That's crazy, rude, and unprofessional. Note: All "Verizon Authorized Retailers" are basically franchises, individually owned, not Verizon company stores. I don't know if VERIZON company stores are any better. It was difficult to set up a time as well. I finally found an authorized retailer in Washington DC and was told that I could go in without an appointment and just drop off the set box for TV. What a nightmare, but this store in particular has been rude and unresponsive, even though I live in the same neighborhood. I tried to get something done with my Verizon covered IPhone cellular phone a few years ago, and had the same pretty rude experience with the Annandale store.

Didn't have my right color when I called to verify I was coming to pick up my order. The liar who works there said they had one in black, ( I purchased lavender). I had customer care on the phone said I could pick up my phone and take to different location and exchange for the color I wanted. WILLIAM, the ass hat that works there, tell me they do not have my phone there when they JUST SAID it was in a different color. so they allow orders to placed with NO PHONES to give to those who buy them. He then calls the POLICE on me because he doesn't want to help me. He then proceeds to tell the police that they DO have that phone in stock but it's reserved for walk in WHO HAVE NOT BOUGHT a phone yet BUT I PAID 500$ for my new phone/added line and RECEIVED NOTHING.

We declined because we were just browsing at the different phones. While looking around, we saw the Samsung Galaxy 21 and decided that this is the phone we are likely to buy in a month or two. This store gave off a good vibe that the other T-Mobile stores I have been to didn't. T-Mobile is now the number one 5G's in the United States, but if their heads get to big like Verizon did, the will find themselves in The Can. I see more T-Mobile stores now adays with less Verizon Stores. More stores is not always better, but the store we went to today, makes all the difference in the world. We shall return.

Martin was nice but not pushy and helped with syncing the phones. He tried to get us to buy extras but did not push when we did not see what we were looking to acquire. While we definitely want cases we were not ready yesterday, especially given the relatively limited selection. We appreciated that Martin was not overly pushes. Previously I have used locations closer to Tyson's but this is now my new AT&T go to spot.
