The team is non-engaging with there customers. I had to call customer service the next day because the staff that helped us was incorrect with the deductions that they initially quoted us for, and they were not current to promotions. They sent us to turn in a phone at another corporate office that was simply not needed because of the promotion. It was quite disappointing that there was a crack that was not observed if we needed it to get credited for our agreement. Luckily, I called customer service to Verify the correct credited price, and it was a $100 less than agreed, and turning in our phone was not needed. It is what it is. We sat outside in the heatwave in 100+ degrees, which was extremely uncomfortable. I will not return to this location.

They operate in the utmost good faith and give really great service to resolve your phone or account issues. I first came here about a year ago after growing frustration over 10 years with the regular T-Mobile. Metro operate separately to T-Mobile, have their own customer service, and are much better in my experience. If you are weary of T-Mobile, or other phone carriers, I highly recommend trying Metro and trying this Metro store. You still get the T-Mobile Tuesday deals. Metro also have the $30 low income phone bill monthly subsidy while T-Mobile does not.
