This Nordstrom was also located in the same plaza as Boot Barn and Handel's Handmade Ice Cream... I thought to myself maybe they would have good deals since it's a Nordstrom Rack! I did go to Nordstrom a couple weeks ago and I found some sweaters for $40 and dresses for around $70-100 on sale. I thought to myself maybe I should wait to see if there's better deals at Nordstrom Rack... BIG MISTAKE! I should have just bought what I found the other day at NORDSTROM because what I found at the NORDSTROM RACK was priced higher! SERVICE: The lady at the fitting room was really nice although she did seem tired. After all, it was close to 9pm she must have had a long day. I hope she gets a nice rest... I found one dress for $174 and another one for $247! I thought to myself oh dear! That could definitely buy a lot of nice meals rather than a dress. So I decided to try it on to see if it was worth the price or NOT? It was not worth the price. For $174 and $247 it should FIT LIKE A GLOVE and feel like a MAGIC CARPET RIDE! WILL NOT BE BACK At NORDSTROM RACK!!!

I looked up some nearby shoe repair shops and brought the pair in just to ask how much it would cost and to come back later. I told him I didn't have any money and that I would come back and pay once I could afford it, but he insisted on fixing them for me right then. I am extremely grateful for his kind gesture. They definitely gained a customer for life, I'll be bringing all my separated hoop shoes here from now on. I highly recommend this place and I know a lot of basketball players have shoes that have this same separation issue, he did an excellent job regluing it for me to play in again. 100% recommend!

I bought a piece online, and when I came to pick it up, they were talking to each other. I said I came to pick up an order, and I was met with resistance and rudeness. I picked up the order, opened the box, and it was not what it looked like online. I walked back and said it didn't match, and was told that it was because I didn't spend enough. I told the person I was going to return it, but wanted something similar. She said that it was the same, and then I checked the price and it was 1300 more. I said no thanks, and was given my return receipt in silence and then she turned her back to me. This person in the jewelry department just lost mine and all of my family's business. All they needed to do was be honest, kind, and respectful to a paying customer. If you are reading this and you work at the Macy's in Arcadia, please look at the big picture instead of a big sale here and there. Money is money, and people want to feel appreciated, not shamed , for buying things.

It definitely is not as cramped and claustrophobic as the MPK Sanrio and has a good variety of character goods and items. They have the big popular ones that we all love and are familiar with: HK, Kuromi, Cinnamaroll, Pompompurin, My Melody, etc. But they also have the classics like Badtz Maru, Tuxedo Sam, Pekkle, Pochaco, etc. and other characters like Cogimyun, Kirimi-chan, Pickles the Frog, Gudetama, etc. They also had the jirai-kei/Gothic lolita looking MeloKuro goods here and I know those have been super popular lately. It seems that the back of the shop was once the cashier but that 1/4 of the shop was being set up/inventory of items going on there so unsure what it's gonna look like after. They do have a lot of the newer items that I've seen from the Sanrio newsletter such as the Matcha series and the HK 50th anniversary goods. Solid Sanrio store.
