What made it worse was seeing them smiling and laughing after customers walked away. It felt intentional and extremely unprofessional. When I saw foot locker I remembered I needed shoe laces for my kid since I ruined the original by trying to turn his nikes into the tie-less kind through an Amazon purchase (don't do it--don't pay the $10 it won't work). They were selling wide shoe laces which wouldn't work. A floor worker called up Cecilia (manager?) and she totally helped me out. She pulled out a bag of shoelaces in the drawer and found grey and 2 kinds of blue. Just really appreciate the extra help and kindness of this.

Their free scan to analyze your feet was so cool and so in depth -- it shows your feet and gave all kinds of measurements from your size, arch height, heal depth, and more. While I got my feet scanned, the worker, Talia, was so knowledgeable and took her time in explaining to me and my friends information on our feet based on the scans. Talia was so sweet and when all of us (there were 3 of us in total) asked for shoe recommendations she took out three shoes for each of us based on what she thought would be good for us! She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said. This place is so cool, there was no pressure to buy anything either which I appreciate and we were to try out everything we wanted to. While the prices were high, you can really feel the quality of everything from the shoes to the socks. I ended up buying 2 pairs of socks after speaking to Talia about my issue when I run. I highly recommend this place!

The sharp edge of the fixture cut off part of his thumb, causing severe bleeding and intense pain. He cried uncontrollably, and we rushed him to La Verne Medical Urgent Care for treatment. I have attached photos taken after the wound was cleaned. Before treatment, there was heavy bleeding, which was very distressing for him and for us as parents. I am deeply shocked and disappointed that a major brand like Adidas would allow such hazardous store fixtures in a family-friendly environment. This unsafe design not only harmed my child but also poses a danger to other customers. My son has now suffered both physical injury and emotional trauma because of this preventable incident.
