I loved this place growing up. I always get it when I visit my mom now. Almond chicken is excellent.

Get some dine-in. If you are looking for a good Chinese place that does dine-in go to Ka Hing! They will not disappoint!

What an authentic feeling Szechuan experience…read more We ordered online from their website on a Saturday night. After placing our order, the website said our food would be ready in about 15 minutes, but really, we ended up waiting for 30+ minutes for our food. So that's something we'll take into account the next time we order on a busy night. Otherwise, from the moment we walked in after 8pm, every table in this place was full, and all the employees were working hard to make sure people were taken care of. So it's only fair to give them some grace while we waited for our food. Otherwise, the servers made sure to let us know they were working on our order. Since we'd ordered take out, we ate at home, and the food made it seem worth the wait. This is not "cheaper = more food" Chinese food. This tasted like an authentically cooked meal with complex favors that rationalized the higher than expected prices. The next time we come, we might just look for a table inside the restaurant for a different experience, but we'll definitely be back to try more of their offerings!

Ordered a carry out : Hot and Sour, Eggrolls, Crab Ragoon, General Tso, Shrimp fried rice. Big portions, lots of shrimp in the rice. Ever since COVID19 they began takeout only service and allow no dine-in option any longer. This place was full of mostly Japanese locals here for lunches and there was a line out the door everyday. Now, not so. They realized with covid and the change in model that they could survive but have been much too lazy to revert back to a traditional restaurant. Why? I have not idea but as you can tell from my writing, I am not pleased. The prices, quality and service were all top notch at one time. Now? Not so much. I really dont want "traditional" or "authentic" food served to me in a styrofoam container that I need to eat in my car or other location. Very, very disappointed with the ownership and their decision to run their restaurant this way. I will not return.

Absolutely delicious!…read more We got pho from here atleast 3 times while staying in the Farmington hills area, but every time was to-go, so I don't have any comments on the restaurant interior or service. The broth was served separate from everything else. It comes with cilantro, onions, hoisin (?) sauce, noodles, meat, basil leaves, jalapeño, bean sprouts, lime, spoon and knife, chopsticks, and a napkin! The noodles were always cold and stuck together when we finally got to sit down and eat, but I attribute that to ordering to-go and having to drive back to the hotel. I will miss this pho place so much!!!! Absolutely delicious and filling!!!!

Overall, this place is a legit Vietnamese restaurant! My hubs loves the regular pho with tai- rare…read moreeye round steak. We've only been here twice and I was really impressed by the broth and amount of meat that comes in each bowl. I don't typically get pho...if I can find it, I love getting the quarter chicken leg that is broiled. This time, I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and ordered the Bun Cha. It reminded me of a deconstructed pho/vermicelli bowl. It's similar to soba, where you take some noodles and dip it in the sauce. The meat (meatballs and pork belly), while the picture shows is separate from the sauce, was in the bowl, which was fine and tasted great. The noodles were on the side and sticky, so instead of taking little servings of the noodles at a time, I decided to dump them into the bowl of sauce. The dish also comes with lettuce, basil leaves and cilantro. The meatballs were full of flavor and seemed made in house (different from the standard meatballs that typically go in the pho). Service was quick and friendly. The only thing I noticed could be a bit better is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were quite a few spots (maybe from the broth) or some other liquids on the wall, that looks like it had been there for awhile. Other than that, the decor is cute.

Trash Food, Trash Service - Stay Away…read more Another so-called "highly rated" Asian restaurant serving up straight garbage. Let me save you the mistake I made. The food? Disgusting. The service? Even worse. I called to report the awful meal I received, and instead of any kind of accountability, the woman I spoke to told me it was my problem. No apology, no solution just pure attitude and blame-shifting. Classy. Let's talk about the food: * Sweet and Sour Chicken: A soggy, inedible mess. The chicken was drowning in sauce, so saturated the breading slid off like wet paper. Ever had meat slide out of mush? Now I have. Absolutely vile. * Crab Rangoon: Not crispy. Not even close. Rubbery, stale, and lazy. Like someone microwaved it and hoped no one would notice. * Egg Roll: Same story rubbery Zero crunch. Zero flavor. Zero effort. * Wonton Soup: Greasy, flavorless broth with gummy, overcooked wontons that tasted like they'd been soaking in hot water for hours. You'd get more taste chewing a napkin. I live less than two miles away, so don't even try to blame the drive. If your food can't survive a 5-minute trip, you shouldn't be in the takeout business. And when I asked to return the meal? I was told to "throw it in the trash" because they weren't offering a refund or credit. The only honest thing they said all night because that's exactly where this food belongs. Do yourself a favor skip this place. The food is trash. The service is trash. The entire experience was a waste of time, money, and appetite. They clearly don't care about quality or customers. Shameful.
